Eric Trump Incriminates His Father In Statements On The January 6 Attack

maxresdefault-4.jpg

Alex Holder is a British documentary filmmaker who spoke with members of failed, one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump’s family during the 2020 campaign — including in the days leading up to the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol — and portions of his upcoming film, Unprecedented, have been subpoenaed by the House Select Committee investigating the Capitol insurrection.

According to The Independent, which spoke with Holder, ex-president Trump’s son, Eric, seemed to indicate that the family believed violence was a viable response to what they thought had been a stolen election:

Holder also revealed that he wasn’t surprised when the rioting began at the Capitol because of all the anger and vitriol that had been spewed by the former president from the moment it became clear he had lost the election in a landslide to President Joe Biden:

Eric’s remarks are especially troublesome for his father, who has repeatedly insisted that he never thought anyone would storm the Capitol and that he was merely calling for a peaceful protest on the day thousands of his supporters broke into the seat of government with chants of “Hang Mike Pence” and open calls to find and kill key Democrats, including Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

The January 6 committee will hold a public hearing next Tuesday, reportedly to make public new evidence that has come to their attention. It’s unknown if that would include testimony from Holder, but whatever the reason, it certainly sounds like something anyone who cares about the future of the American republic will be watching with great interest.

Trump has spent his whole adult life working with and alongside the criminal underworld like the Italian and Russia Mafia and other organized crime groups around the world to get his business handled.

Trump has experience being a criminal.

Trump’s biggest mistake was assuming all these White dudes, who spent their whole childhood and adult life privileged, sheltered and oblivious on how to operate and think like a criminal, would be able to provide the support that he needed to do his dirty work.

All of these mofos around Trump are clueless on conducting and operating in criminal activities.

I pointed out earlier how you can tell none of these mofos under Trump have never seen “The Godfather” films, “Goodfellas” or any classic Hollywood film/TV show that dealt with the criminal underworld.

To them, watching those films/TV shows is beneath them.

The level of ignorance of these mofos making telephone calls on unsecured phones, emails, text messages, written memos and hiring professional documentarians to record their dirt….How Fuckin’ Stupid And Ignorant Can You Be?

CNN JAN 6TH COMMITTEE MEMBER ZOE LOFGREN : TRUMP WH COUNSEL DIDN'T CONTRADICT OTHER WITNESS TESTIMONY WE LEARNED A FEW THINGS. HIS WERE CANDID AND HONEST.

Jan. 6 panel didn't specifically ask Cipollone about Hutchinson's testimony on legal consequences of going to Capitol during riot, sources say

Cassidy Hutchinson, a former Trump White House aide, left, and Pat Cipollone, former White House counsel for Donald Trump, right.

(CNN)
Two people familiar with former Trump White House counsel Pat Cipollone's testimony Friday told CNN that the House select committee investigating January 6, 2021, did not ask him if he told then-White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson the day of the attack that they would "get charged with every crime imaginable" if they went to the US Capitol.
If asked, he would not have confirmed that particular statement, the sources said.
A separate source familiar with the committee told CNN, "The select committee sought information about Cipollone's views on Trump going to the Capitol on January 6," implying that the committee's questions were focused on Cipollone's perspective as opposed to his take on other witness' testimony.
"Mr. Cipollone provided a great deal of new information relevant to the select committee's investigation, which further underscores President Trump's supreme dereliction of duty," the source said. "The committee will show much of this to the American people in the days ahead."

The source also added that no one has refuted any of Hutchinson's testimony under oath.

Three different sources familiar with Cipollone's testimony characterized it as very important and extremely helpful and told CNN it will become evident in upcoming public committee hearings.

Cipollone told the committee on Friday that he wasn't giving legal advice to staff regarding movements on January 6. This came up during his testimony as part of a question not relating to the specific anecdote from Hutchinson.
It is unclear if Cipollone corroborated other parts of Hutchinson's testimony, such as telling former chief of staff Mark Meadows he would have blood on his hands if he didn't help stop the riot.
Both Hutchinson and Cipollone testified under oath.
California Rep. Zoe Lofgren, a Democratic member of the committee, said on CNN on Friday night that Cipollone in his testimony "did not contradict the testimony of other witnesses and I think we did learn a few things which we will be rolling out in hearings to come."
When asked specifically if Cipollone confirmed testimony from Hutchinson, Lofgren said, "Not contradicting is not the same as confirming."
Pressed on the difference, Lofgren said, "Well, he could say so and so was wrong -- which he did not say. There were things that he might not be present for or in some cases couldn't recall with precision."
"I think he was candid with the committee. He was careful in his answers and I believe that he was honest in his answers," she added.

You already know that he's a Trojan horse with a two ton fertilizer bomb in it if Trump's waiving executive privilege for him to testify..... the committee ain't letting him do shit live without vetting and taping him under oath... Bennie isn't stupid and has been playing this like an old head veteran casino card dealer

Trump says he'll waive executive privilege ahead of Steve Bannon’s Jan. 6 committee contempt trial
In a letter, former White House strategist Steve Bannon said he’s “willing” to testify before the House Jan. 6 committee.

WASHINGTON — Former White House strategist Steve Bannon has said he's "willing" to testify before the House Jan. 6 committee after receiving a letter from former President Donald Trump waiving executive privilege, according to two letters obtained by NBC News on Sunday.

Bannon’s purported willingness to reverse course comes just over a week before jury selection is scheduled to begin in his contempt of Congress case, and after months of stonewalling the committee's investigation, now entering its final stages with two public hearings scheduled for this week.

In the letter to Bannon, Trump said that Bannon had been treated “unfairly” and had been forced to “spend vast amounts of money on legal fees” and would therefore waive executive privilege if Bannon agreed on a time and place to testify.

“I will waive Executive Privilege for you, which allows for you to go in and testify truthfully and fairly, as per the request of the Unselect Committee of political Thugs and Hacks, who have allowed no Due Process, no Cross-Examination, and no real Republican members or witnesses to be present or interviewed. It is a partisan Kangaroo Court,” the letter says.

In a separate letter to the committee, Robert Costello, a lawyer for Bannon, wrote that "Trump has decided that it would be in the best interests of the American people to waive executive privilege for Stephen K. Bannon, to allow Mr. Bannon to comply with the subpoena issued by your Committee. Mr. Bannon is willing to, and indeed prefers, to testify at your public hearing."

Costello, who communicated with the committee on Bannon’s behalf, is now seeking to withdraw as Bannon’s counsel in the contempt of Congress case because he expects to be called as a witness.

Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., a member of the Jan. 6 committee, said Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union" that the committee had received a letter from Bannon's lawyer overnight saying that he would testify.

"I expect that we will be hearing from him," Lofgren said. "And there are many questions that we have for him."

Bannon’s lawyers had argued that under Justice Department policies, former White House officials have no legal obligation to comply with a congressional subpoena when the president has asserted executive privilege. Bannon relied on these positions “in reasonably believing that the subpoena was not valid and that compliance was not, therefore, either appropriate or required as a matter of fact and law,” his lawyers told the judge in legal papers submitted before the hearing.

That defense is not available to Bannon, the government contended, because the subpoena dealt only with his actions as a private citizen long after he left government service and because he was never directed by Trump to ignore it.

NBC News obtained the letters after a request to Bannon’s legal team.

The Guardian was first to report Bannon's lawyer's letter to the committee.

And the clips of these crazy mofos like Alex Jones bragging about meeting up on January 6 was crazy. Mofos came right out and said what they were gonna do that day with no fucks given.

Nothing too explosive, just confirmation those cacs don’t wanna go down with that ship. I’ll wait for the witnesses to testify. Even then, by the time they take trump to trial he’ll die before hand or weeks into his sentence. I just wanna see many of them broke and bankrupt.

Ol’ Liz stole the show today.

She did a mic drop at the end talking about Trump tried to call a witness who hasn’t been disclosed yet. The witness told their lawyer, lawyer told the January 6 committee, the committee told the DOJ.

If that lawyer contacted the Jan.6 committee, that means the lawyer must have Trump or somebody high up on audio recording for them to respond like that.

Whoever this person is must have Trump spooked.

They brought up Twitter with them acting like they didn’t know what to do with these nutjobs talking about violence and other shit.

Didn’t even cross their mind to call the FBI.

If Muslim Arabs got on Twitter talking that shit, the Feds would have been kicking in doors and having them on the next flight to Guantanamo Bay with no indictment or trial.

“The meeting has been called ‘unhinged,’ ‘not normal’ and the ‘craziest meeting of the Trump presidency,’” said Rep. Jamie Raskin.
