The replacement hosts are too deferential. The vibes are wrong. The mood is argumentative. There’s much he can’t explain. Budden has broken it again. So.... they were partners or were supposed split profits. I thought Joe originally denied that was the case. The reason I'm saying they were partners is Joe saying they wanted to get paid the same way as him or after expenses. It sounds like they discussed and assumed something that the contract didn't state.
As far as the expenses, it's not impossible to inflat something like marketing. In any case, I've always had the attitude to take it to court and be done with it. If nothing else, Joe may have just settled out of court and neither party would have lost relatively much in lawyer fees. Not being able to get proper representation a side. If you aren't willing to go to court, you know you haven't been cheated.

Not sure if Joe was drinking/ going through some shit with Sade, (still no excuse) but dude was mad flagrant.
slight backstory; Joe had a long standing friendship with Bridget Kelly (she sat in on the pod a few times throughout the years).... and he knew Mandi was still on the rise with Whorible so to have those 2 and OD..... I mean the show made sense.
The incident at hand happened early in the shows run.....like first 12 episodes. Not sure if the whole episode leaked, but there was a clip of Joe being extra thirsty. You can't have your boss saying on public for millions to hear, "I'd fuck the shit out of you." Or something like that..... and not once. It was bad. A real bad look. OD was laughing it off and not encouraging it, but Joe was persistent.
Her leaving the show was inevitable.
The fact the show stayed on his network for like 2 months after that, was bad. Hence why Mandii has issues with Joe and you didn't see B Kelly on the pod anymore...... it was bad and Joe was wrong
Why my conspiracy theory still holds that them niggas are still working under his "network". How much can an audit cost? Like if you think you were wronged, then lawyer up. I don't even understand why that hasn't taken place.

I was surprised to hear Savon technically still works for Joe. I remember when he first got the role with HBO that gave the impression he was leaving and I don't recall hearing he'd officially returned.
I'll be honest, I don't think it would change anything....IMO, Mal and Rory were cool and it did take some time for ISH/ICE to grow on me, but as a day one fan where I use to listen on soundcloud, I don't think they would gain anything outside of any money owed to them.....
Plus, the thing with Mal/Rory they really didn't bring anything to the pod....I mean Ish goes on his spills about housing and investments....Ice does his tech, movie, and other stuff....

Exactly and my theory lies in an episode Joe did years ago about fake beefs and how that can help rappers boost sells and etc....I can't remember the episode and I will find it one day and post it, but that always stood out and it actually makes alot of sense...

I disagree I think that dynamic between the 3 was special and I was early listener too. Mayne it was a simpler time. Just hearing 3 friends talk sh*t about music women and sports was enough.
Ice and Ish have grown on me.
And honestly if we could have heard rory Mal ice fish and Joe discuss...
DJ Envy, Drake, Diddy, Chappelle, Trump, Nicki, Russell Wilson, dating white women etc I think would have been dope.
