Joe Budden podcast done? No Rory or Mal for 2nd straight episode

That really what happened tho u could go back to cdagod always saying it to the point that whipped it in the public's head
I didn't feel Mal as a podcaster because he stopped really giving his opinion to be honest but when he came on is when the show became popular despite him becoming lazy after 50 episodes

I change my stance after hearing this video. We hear from the horses mouth that they were on a performance based pay term. So they had every right to ask for accounting to show how much was generated
only inline with the terms of the contract
sad thing is they repeatedly demonstrated ignorance of their own contracts in that response

I came in thinking JB was right, but after hearing them two Im more inclined to believe them.
That being said I've seen maybe 5-6 episodes and it turned me off because he stayed sonning them the whole episode, over talking them, one time I think he told one of them to be quiet. I was like WTF.....
Also being said, I didnt think they contributed to the episodes enough that they would be partnered they seemed like employees to me. They just agreed or disagreed quietly. One part I saw I was like yo I would have gotten up and slapped him.
Last thing to be said, gotta respect that JB seems to have really done alot in entertainment in this space, and I do find him entertaining.

EDIT: As a business owner I have an employee who has been with me 3 years.... He has been there as we have grown. He has contributed beyond measure. BUT...... He is an employee, Without me he doesnt exist in this space. They seem to be in the same space, JB has a brand before them, they cant think they should be owners. They should have been building their brands, they seem to have a following.

Interesting developments from yesterday.
Joe knows he fucked up based on things he shared the last pod.
Rory and Mal giving their side was great too. I knew when Mal said the issue of when respect is lost he's done, I just didn't see how he could continue.
Plot thickens.
Kevin Hart with his input is spot on.
Rory and Mal had every right to see the books if that's what's stipulated in the contracts. What's Joe and Ian hiding???

yes... between R&M 3 lawyers negotiated and reviewed the contracts for them
but these guys (who freely gave opinions AND advice on business for years) are in a 8 week dispute and still remain ignorant of their own contracts
worse they have shown how grossly uninformed of the entertainment business they are

Why, because Peter Rosenberg, another former business partner and now current frienemy, went on a rant on air at Hot 97 saying how foolish Joe was for continously dissing Drake when Drake didn't respond not once (a sub doesn't really compare to 6 whole diss tracks)....and then saying how Joe didn't handle his business with the pod well....(well...he didn't)

Peter Rosenberg was one of the first ppl Joe discussed starting the pod with and Pete....
mayne I hate giving that mfkr any credit, he did get Joe their first studio space....Joe admits that, the first 6 months was Pete's connect.
