All this can be true. But when you request an accounting of things and you get handed an excel spread sheet. Fuckery is afoot. It’s funny because on the I AM Athlete podcast this week they talked about how in NASCAR you can either take a base salary or a percentage of the purse. Really interesting how everyone was like give me that base and I’ll make up the rest in endorsements.
Rory's posture was far different that Mal. He never really said that he would not return, Mal on the other hand is done with the business and friendship. But what do I know.

Disagree. We will never know the particulars. But i can tell you, any accounting firm handling million dollar business entities keeps ongoing and accrued books. Thats literally why you task them with doing your accounts; So at the end of the year you arent scrambling to get shit compiled and organized to file. And at any time when you call with a request for financials or specifics they have a fiduciary duty to hand that shit over ASAP. Any "partner" telling you it will take a month to get requested information/documentation concerning real time numbers and accounting is FULL OF SHIT.

No one thinks they are owners but them. But he does have to show them what figures are being used to determine profit, how profit is defined, and what those profit numbers are in order to determine their percentage pay. Assuming what they are saying about their pay model is accurate. But again, we will never know those details imo.. Im going off the actions and responses, and Joes movements are those of someone who isnt being forthcoming or honest.

Totally agree. And all parties seem either ignorant or dishonest on what the specifics of contractual obligations are. Which makes it hard to discuss legalities. But certain things just stood out to me as suspicious behavior.
