Fam, don't let Lebron's squandering of his good fortune playing with multiple All-Stars dupe you into believing playing with multiple All-Stars ain't all but a guarantee of winning rings.

Lets put it this way, without that many All-Stars, no way he wins THAT much. He just played with a lot more talent than everybody else and his wins reflected that.
What multiple all stars you talking about? You mean the same guys who wound up being a lottery pick team the year he left, and the same guys who scored zero points the 2nd half during a close out game??

Its not... OKC multiple All Stars, no Chip, back in the day, UTAH Jazz, Seattle, Pacers, Phoenix Suns, multiple all stars, no chips. If teams lose with multiple All Stars, it means it's NOT a guaranteed thing bruh...

Its a debate until you ask people name three things Kobe does better (statistically speaking) better than LeBron...
Then it tuns to crickets...
What three things does LeBron do better than Jordan. No need to limit to statistics. Just curious to hear your opinion.

oh u talking about the team whose 3rd best player is 1 wrong step from dying in chris bosh and how he missed a shitload of games once they left or u talking about the cavs squad that didn't haove jr smith, kevin love, shumpert , or lebron and thats why that squad didn't win as many games as it did b4 he returned..let me ask u do u think the bulls was gonna still be title contenders once jordan, pippen, and rodman left the next yr..what person would expect a squad to be the same or better when so many players are missing or added

Bosh and Wade numbers were a little better than average during most of LeBrons time with the Heat, I think the first year, he didn't want to step on any toes and they wound up losing to the Mavs, after that he said fuck that, I am going to be LeBron those kats are going to have to catch up, and the rest was history...
There was never one big game that Bosh or Wade looked half as good as LeBron, so to call them a team full of super stars is way the fuck off...
BTW the Bulls was with in an eyelash of going to the finals once Jordan retired the first time to compare, check the Heat win losses with LeBron out, I think they lost every game except a few...

that's a hard game to play...no taking into account the effect (for better or for worse) of an all work and no play attitude jordan on the mindset of other players on that cavs team over the course of an entire season leading up to the finals...can't just simply swap stats...kobe I feel comfortable saying flat out no

Funny how this shit was taken completely out of context. After listening to the entire interview, that wasn't the point he was trying to make. He's right by the way.

 The NBA is and will always be a team sport where even roll players play a roll towards every championship team... No matter how good a player is you need teammates and roll player doing their job, this is why you never see a super star win a championship playing one vs five... Until I see that happen, its teams that win championships not superstars..

Yea. But folks conveniently overlook them L's he took b4 getting to the finals. Niggaz act like MJ never lost a playoff series ever

He didn't lose on the biggest stage. Of course he paid his dues just like Lebron. But Mike is better than Lebron In the clutch this is a fact.

Dude u tripping. Sounds like your reading a rehearsed narrative. No way you are ild enough to have experienced Jordan's entrance into the league, and remember it clearly. White people love him, but his contemporaries, players, despised him. Even his own teammates didn't like him, YouTube some interviews. If anything, LeBron is dislike for the dumb stuff he did, the decision, stuff like that. The only reason Jordan had the global appeal he had is because on the big stage he was a winner. And that's not a slight against anybody, but he was a larger-than-life athlete and a winner when it counted when he did get to the finals. Point Blank. Now, players don't genuinely hate each other, the league is soft as hell with the rule changes and whatnot. Not saying times work better than, just speaking truth. Now, players don't dislike each other, they compete on the field and afterwards they go on vacation together, hang out together, on each other's weddings, all that kind of stuff. Not saying it's bad, but there's no genuine this like nowadays. Back then dudes hated each other for real. They hated Jordan because he was better than them and they couldn't beat him. As great as LeBron is, and I've never said he wasn't a Phenom, he just doesn't incite the same fear that Jordan did. It is what it is, but no matter which way you slice it 6 finals appearances, 6 finals wins, never going past six games, and 6 MVP's, Trump anything with a loss attached to it.

Fam, everything you just wrote is off topic.

When we are talking about things like pressure, criticism and exposure, its got nothing to do with if your teammates or your competition like you or not.

He did in '88 vs the Pistons. He was down 2-0 to the Celtics in 86 and 87. Down 2-1 to the Bucks his rookie year. Down 3-2 to the Magic in 95. In 89 he was up 2-1 on the Pistons then lost 3 straight. MJ wasnt good at comebacks. His 93 series vs. the Knicks and 1st round series against Cavs in 88 when he hit the shot are the only 2 that come to mind. If you got MJ down he was done
Did Pippen played in gm 7 '88 playoff?

Why doesn't it... It doesn't when you want to slant things to support the narrative that you are trying to project Bruh. That's the norm, create the criteria mid discussion when the context of your point are disputed and disproved. It's cool though...

jordan wouldn't be held to 17 points a game vs the mavs i'd tell u that..yep jordan would've won that yr
Well the zone was illegal that year, Jordan never played against a team with two 7 footers and a all pro power forward on the floor at the same time, never played on a team that was one of the worst rebounding teams, a team with no outside shooters, with a bunch of guys the first year together...
That Heat team, as I was yapping all season when many felt they were ready, had many flaws, and it showed vs a big team like that Mavs team..
The following year they made sure they got shooters and after that no team in their right mind would play the zone against them...
So in other words the Heat lost due to their flaws that the Mavs was able to exploit...

Ive already explained it.

MJ's teammates and contemporaries dont write media headlines do they?

These people didnt and couldnt affect the relation MJ had with basketball fans around the world. We all loved MJ.

And when you say MJ was criticized by them, the fact is that alot of the top guys didnt like each other. No one liked Thomas, Thomas hated Bird and MJ, everyone hated Malone... That was the way things were. It wasnt any extra pressure, whether you were liked or not people wanted to take you out regardless, and if you put in work, everyone respected you at the end of the day.

Lebron feeling untouchable after that Cleveland title.

Imho, LBJ has earned the right to talk a little. Unlike Steph and the Warriors, he's put in work for multiple years, battled and earned his spot.

I think the media is twisting his words more than I think LBJ is talking shit.

I think the main problem is that people act like basketball is an individual sport!

MJ thought it was a individual sport early in his career when he was young, but as he got older, and started listening to his elders, he realized that he couldnt do it alone. Even though Jordan knows that he was the captain of that Bulls ship, he has admitted time and time again that he wasnt able to achieve a lot of his accomplishments and wasn't able to win titles until he got help. MJ has talked about his growth countless of times.

I think LBJ turned into a team player much earlier than MJ did, but that was mainly because LBJ didnt want to be "a King", per se. He's embraced the King title as he got older, but i dont think LBJ has that "MJ spirit" inside of him; Whereas he wants to bite niggas heads off and embarrass them on the court via victory.

MJ is still the GOAT. And if Kobe couldnt unseat MJ, after all that he's done, then LBJ wont either. And theres nothing wrong with that. Im also a fan of Kevin Garnett, but im not gonna act like the nutthuggin Man Fan, like the OP, and cry and make ridiculous threads just because Kevin will never unseat MJ as GOAT.

All these dudes are greats....some are just better than others :D

I know since it happened before MJ played in the NBA you wouldnt know anything about it. But Golden State won a title in the 70s tallblackbay. The Voltron squads do shit on any Bulls team and would beat them head to head. You are correct about that.

nah it was b4 i was born and i thought that warriors squad was in another city at the time..so my fault instead of letting the warriors getting their first he cracked a 40 yr old dry spell..gsw was basically born again virgins on how long they didn't win shit and like a good hoe lebron let them slut him out in the playoffs to feel like a man again and hold a trophy again..lebron stayed getting whored out by the opposite team
