I'm not independently wealthy. I have limited resources with a multitude of choices. It could be everything you mentioned plus bad art. When I looked at last years Marvel movies I saw the agenda and not so much entertainment so I have to shift my dollars elsewhere. I buy a lot of older books now. The last books I bought were FF omnibus books. As far as Marvel movies I don't see me going to the theatre and watching them maybe I'll wait until I can download them here. Disney+ I haven't liked a lot of their shows. IMHO Moon Knight sucked ass, Hawkeye was alright. Having an alright show is not enough to continue to subscribe. The Offer on Paramount+ is banging which is why I dropped Netflix and now subscribe to Paramount+.

Its called the heroes journey. Luke had his trials and tribulations to become a jedi and to wield a lightsaber. Rey comes a long and as soon as she picks it up she injures a trained force wielder and is immediately on his level. The same with Captain Marvel and the Scarlet Witch they almost beat Thanos when the combined might of Thor, Captain America and Iron man couldn't do it.

I tried to explain this to cats here and was met with downright hostility a few months ago.
There is a distinct difference between proper representation in popular entertainment and BEING PANDERED TO.
Disney/Marvel/Lucasfilm is currently in the business of pandering to feminists, POC and the LGBTQ audience instead of just telling great stories.
As I'm sure you guys have noticed; in virtually ALL of the current MCU and Star Wars films and streaming series, if it's story about a male hero, then his exploits are now outshined by a woman. Or he is totally dependant on a woman, beat up by a women or saved by a woman in the film. But the women in the film NEVER need to learn anything from or to be saved by a man. (Especially the male hero of the film).
Bottomline:
Instead of giving us more of epic events like THIS:
Disney/Marvel has chosen to bring to the big screen one of the worse (if not THE worse) era in modern comic book history.
All in the name of "representation". (Pandering)

Again, I agree. I think the "What If" comics were an excellent vehicle for writing unconventional stories. They could explore alternate arc without messing up the original comic's backgrounds and over all flavor. Jane can't have the same richness of history as Thor does.The Jane Foster/Thor angle isn't new.
It was done before way back in the '70's as a "What If" issue.
But some cats around here are willing to accept whatever drivel Disney/Marvel puts out and just think it's wonderful.
When; in fact, it's total bullshit...
And when you point this out to them, they wanna label you "incel" or that you hate "strong women".
However, the truth is you try & tell them to wake up and see that they're being pandered to by a corporation only interested in appeasing the woke Twitter crowd and special interest groups rather than in real diversity or representation...
