What fantasy world is there that this exists? No how about get rid of the guns and don't have a shooter in the first place.
What u think about this bro
Yes but mass killings occur worldwide regardless the weapon used. And the amount of mass shootings this country has is not the norm globally.
Now this is a different conversation about who will or wont shoot. That is an individual decision that doesn t negate the fact that the ones who did shoot eventually stopped the shooter. What does it matter how big your gun is if you ain't gon bust it? All this talk is cute but when the adrenaline is pumping, your hand is sweaty and shaking, nerves shot, and the person across from you doesn't care about dying, shit is different. I'm sure those boys in blue talked big and bad prior to the shit hitting the fans but the bottom line is the cops yesterday and cops at Parkland were shook and chose their personal safety over that of the kids. It's not a judgment. It's facts. So all this more more guns talk is moot. All this arming the teachers and lunch ladies goofy talk is moot. They're not gonna bust those guns. The fucking cops who get paid for protect fall back and wait for backup. And in the meantime, 20 will die. The only thing that would've stopped yesterday is if that disturbed teenager wasn't allowed to buy an assault rifle.
How does day to day life look for the average citizen when everywhere you go you have to be armed & on edge incase some random person decides today is the day he wants to snuff out people he doesn't like?
Not at the rate they occur in the US.Yes but mass killings occur worldwide regardless the weapon used.
Most voters, including in TX, support gun control. What politicians do isn't exactly what the public wants.NEWSFLASH: This is the exact world you live in today.
My entire point in all my post in this thread is that you cannot legislate your way to prevent these acts especially when MOST Americans want their guns.
The reason there has been no change in the laws is because the voters want their guns.
How then do you stop mass killings in the US.Not at the rate they occur in the US.
There's never been an airline that hasn't had an accident, but would you rather fly on one that has an average of ten accidents a year or one that has one accident every ten years?
Gun control meaning what exactly? Most voters, including in TX, support gun control. What politicians do isn't exactly what the public wants.
Federal red flag laws, universal background checks, and safe storage laws would be a good place to start. How then do you stop mass killings in the US.
Please tell me something realistic
There are no background checks for gun shows and most gun owners support having them there. 65% of Republican gun owners want background checks for private gun purchases and gun shows.Gun control meaning what exactly?
Feel good measures that wont prevent shit like background checks??????
When will they get that wake up if not now? Redneck pigs sat around as their kids were massacred. Those small border towns are Republikkklan white washed Mexicoons. They feel they are better than Mexicans in Mexico. They think if they act like red neck cac Texans they will be accepted and not face racism.
Well one of the victims Dad is a Trump loving Kyle Rittenhouse fan. I bet he still thinks guns don’t kill peopleWhen will they get that wake up if not now? Redneck pigs sat around as their kids were massacred.
I'm all for background checks. There are no background checks for gun shows and most gun owners support having them there. 65% of Republican gun owners want background checks for private gun purchases and gun shows.

Key facts about Americans and guns
About six-in-ten U.S. adults (58%) favor stricter gun laws. Another 26% say that U.S. gun laws are about right, while 15% favor less strict gun laws.www.pewresearch.org
Some people never learn.Well one of the victims Dad is a Trump loving Kyle Rittenhouse fan. I bet he still thinks guns don’t kill people
I'm all for background checks.
Gun shows do require background checks at shows I've gone to, whenever buying from a dealer. I'm assuming you mean an unlicensed dealer?
And all these background checks may help but the criminals aren't buying a gun legally anyways. All my life growing up, in NYC, no one I knew had guns legally. A criminal, while it may help, they gonna get one by any means anyway.
Its why I don't have the answers, don't know what needs to be done.
But taking away guns, what if this was 'you'
She wouldn't of lived to tell that story, police wouldn't be there in time to stop anything.

The reason there has been no change in the laws is because the voters want their guns.
“I strongly believe that the right to bear arms is an important safeguard against potential tyranny of government. Historically, maintaining their power over the people is why those in power did not allow public ownership of guns,” Musk told CNBC on May 25.
The billionaire then told the outlet that he supports “tight background checks” for all gun sales and limiting sales of assault weapons to people in special circumstances, like gun range owners, or people who live in a “high risk location, like gang warfare.”

why
- is there still no casualty report
- are officials & media still reporting vague conflicting timelines
Yeah the first paragraph you stated, I said earlier, I think we can all agree that we are all being watched, recorded and tracked. It's no conspiracy no more. Been proven in the news time and time again. I believe they have these measures in place already. Doing something about it is the issue. These most recent mass shooters bought their guns legally. The Buffalo shooter definitely would've been prevented from buying a gun if we had adequate red flag laws given history of violent threats against a school.
What about the gun show loophole? From what I've read, a private gun seller, I guess "unlicensed" sense he probably doesn't own a gun store, can legally sell a gun to someone without having to perform a background check.
Not discounting that story but it could've easily been me or one of mrelatives in Tops grocery. My Mom goes grocery shopping a lot in the morning and I can't imagine someone live streaming as he shoots her while she's lying on theground.my
