Lebron is about to ship Love out this offseason. That dude is going to be so pissed and he knows this Durant move might be what cost him his ring.

Lebron basically said in a few words all season that the Cavs didnt upgrade/match the move that the Warriors made, and folks told him to stfu, stop whining, stop acting like a GM etc. He shouldnt have brought the drama to the media, but his vision was correct. Lebron already knew the Cavs were gonna have issues with the new look Warriors before the series even started.

Its common fucking sense! The Cavs didnt blow the Warriors away prior to Durant, what the hell made them thing it was gonna be easier or close to the same with the addition of Durant?

All that wasted money on players like JR & Tristan, what for? I know thats chump change in todays market, but consider what theyve provided, it a waste of 25+ million.

Blame will get put on the players (Love inconsistency or LBJ for wanting to be the highest paid/play GM), but coaches (play calling) and management (building a mediocre roster) took part in the fuck up as well.

One game dont mean nothing And the Cavs wont play that bad every game. But If the Cavs win this series Id be EXTREMELY shocked.

It should have to be. Love having 19 boards tell me they were relying on him to clean up. Where was everyone else?

Take a page of the dubs book. Bron, Irving, smith, shump, and others (with exception of Love and Thomas) can rebound and start the break. That leads to immediate scramble for the dubs to match up. But love sitting down there rebounding is him boarding and looking for the outlet. This allows GS to set there defense up.

Dubs on the other hand rebounds with everyone and starts the break with whoever leads. That's hard as shit to matchup against on the fly.

Much easier than guarding Boston tho

Few highlights here and there, but game one wasnt a memorable one, imho. Mainly because only one team played an entire game of basketball.

Cavs were keeping up with GS, despite LBJ being the only one playing the hardest for most of the 1st half game. But things started to take a turn once the second half started.

I originally said GS in 6, but after that first game, I dont know. LBJ will get his, but if Kyrie, Love or someone else dont provide more help, I got a feeling the Cavs may lose this in 4 or 5.

I think the Cavs issues are more so about defense and play calling/perfect execution. I think they can put up the proper amount of points if they had competent coaches running the right plays to fit their players attributes and also if they took higher percentage shots. They did most of their damage in the paint. They were actually owning GS down low. Mainly LBJ and Kyrie. But then they started taking bs jumpers. The Cavs need to stick to what they know. GS can hit jumpers, yall cant.

The Cavs defense has always sucked, That needs to be address during the off season. Defense, proper bench support, another player that can bang down low like LBJ (Cousins was mentioned by another poster) and at least 1-2 shooters. What they have NOW will easily get them out the East, but they need more to win titles vs GS . Especially since they got Durant.
