Do you even know how the NBA and NBA contracts work? All Wade did was tell Heat Management that Lebron and Bosh wanted to play in Miami. From that point it was up to Pat Rilely to find a way to make it happen. We had to dump mad salay and move some major pieces to clear the cap to sign them.
That takes a lot of work and it requires a very good Cap guy in which the Heat has to form that kind of team then fill out the roster.
It is no different then Klay, Curry, and Draymond saying "Hey we want you to go out and get Durant. He said he was interested and wants to come" It would then be up to your management to make that happen.

Btw .....its still early....but out of all the East teams that have made move so far, the Pacers have made the most impressive signings....imho. They have a nice mixture of younger and older talented players. And their playing styles seem to fit well with their respected teammates.
West....Verdict is still out. If OKC gets KD (plus the other big name theyre going after) then they may take the crown for best moves in the west. If GS get KD, then they obviously take the crown. But the Blazers are making noise as well.

I see where you're trying to go with this, but there is a huge difference between a team saying "we would like to play with such and such player" and Wade saying Lebron James and Bosh are on board.. we've worked out it and we just need to get a deal done. Not even the same man. The Warriors have to actually convince Durant that leave OKC. Bosh and Lebron had already made the decision before Riley was even involved.

First off this is not College and no one is recruiting a big 3. The players decide if they want to play together. You stated Wade played GM which is false. A GM is the one who clears the cap space to make something like the big 3 happen.
That team of Lebron, Wade and Bosh almost never came to be. It was very close to never Happening. Players can say they want to play together all they want but it is up to team Management to make that happen.
In the Case of the Miami Heat it took a veteran Pat Riley who knew the business to make that dream come true. For people like you who thought it was so simple are completely naive. For one, teams where not trying to do the Miami Heat any favors by allowing them to dump salary. The Phoenix Suns did us a huge favor because without them that team never happens.

Let's look a the Warriors for example. The Warriors have arguably the 3 best players at their position in the NBA. Klay Thompson is locked in at 15 million a year until 2020. Draymond Green is locked in at 15 million until 2020
The projected Cap by 2020 would be around 115 million. Throw in Curry's Max and for the next 4 years the Warriors will have damn near 30 to as high as 70 million (if it continues to rise) in cap space for role players.
When your owner said the Warriors are light years ahead. He was not lying. This is where good cap guys mean the world to their organizations. Look how the warriors set up all of their expiring contracts. Shit was a thing of beauty.
