Zeke behind the Cowboys line is going to be a problem. You would think other NFC East teams are gonna start beefing up their run defense, especially DC.

I had no doubt he would do decent to well with Dallas' o-line. McFadden's problem was always bout staying healthy and he proved what he can do last season when healthy so he'll definitely have some takers. I hate that we gotta see Elliot twice a season but hopefully our rebuilt defense will be able to handle it. I tried to get ticks for the season opener for me & my girl (she's a Cowboys fan) but gatdamn y'all are straight up robbing mofos for seats. $150+ for 4th level seats? Really? :smh:

Yeah it can get expensive.

If I go I usually wait till the last minute to get tickets the prices drop lol

If you coming From out of town obviously you don't have time to gamble like that

Yeah we'd be coming in from Raleigh and neither of our teams play the Panthers this season.

yup, plenty of solid Dline depth in this draft..hoping we can get one, and we need a linebacker and/or safety that can clean up after our Dline that's gonna be predominately in attack mode in the new scheme..
hoping we can get ...

a back up 3tech...like Andrew Billings, Chris Jones, Javon Hargraeve, Jihad ward, Ridgeway etc.
LB - like Josh Perry, Steven Daniels, Joe schobert, Sua Cravens etc.
Safety/ Corner -- Sean Davis, Jalen Mills, KJ Dillon, Kevin Byard, Jeremy Cash, Killebrew
and an Olineman - somebody that can come in at LG
later on a running back like CJ Prosise, or Daniel Lasco,

Never in my life thought I'd say it but with a black head coach, black quarterback, black offensive coordinator and black GM I kinda want the Browns to do good

yeah I feel the same way..
shit I always kinda rooted for the browns to do well...they've been suffering for so damn long man, always liked how rabid the dawg pound was, and the tough, blue collar kind of team they always represented. They've had some ill players over the years too..just could never put it all together.

When RG3 was in the draft that was the spot I was hoping he would end up going to... I thought it would help the franchise plus i didn't wan't him going to the skins and have to face him twice a year. hopefully this is history correcting itself and shit will turn out well for them

The fact that there's brothers in all of the most important spots in that organization outside of ownership gives me extra incentive to see them do well

Elliot is going to be a problem for the skins. My main problem with Ramsey is he only had 3 picks total in college, so I can see if that's why they went RB. Drafting in the top 5, you need someone that makes big plays. But Ramsey's measurables are off the charts.

I would have been happy either way though.
I hear you man. Its a horrible value pick tho. And considering you guys all told us how ANYBODY could perform behind that line, i dont see why you dont grab the highest dlineman or the secondary with the highest grade in 6 years. Your running game wasnt the issue.

McFadden probably getting traded he has decent value he just rushed for almost 1100 yards
Miami may bite for a 6th or 7th rounder.

I agree. I'm not sure I would have done it. I probably would have gone Ramsey and Henry.

I agree, Ramsey's gonna be good. Man, when are yall gonna kick Bradford to the curb? I wouldn't want his whiny ass on my squad. Roll with the rookie and Chase Daniel. Philly fans gonna roast Bradford this year.
Dude Roseman was dumb as hell for signing Bradford to that contract. That's why we can't move him. He thought if I give him big money in for a year then when we drafted Wentz he will be cool with it because they paid him. He flipped the script on them now we're stuck with them because nobody wants him for that price.

So let me get this straight the #1 overall pick went 14-33 as a starter at Cal? Lmaooooo

Its not all on him, you know aint a lot of talent able to get into and maintain at u cal Berkeley, second, its a lot of qbs whit better records who never sniffed the field, and lets not forget eli wasnt exactly taking the sec west by storm 7-4 7-6 10-3 and honestly that was pure luck a down sec because bama sucked and they lost to the best lsu...

Again not defending geoff but dude its so much into a qb

Yeah man. Zeke is gonna scorch us if we don't beef up that middle. There where be a run on DT and RB's today but hopefully one of those Bama defenders or Billings somehow slip to the late second. I want a safety and Center, but wouldn't be mad if we draft nothing but Dline and ILB's from here on.

Jenkins and Apple might be a nice combo though.

Yeah I thought about that. They will need it too because the Skins receiving core is loaded. Match up problems for every defense in the division.

That's exactly what I thought was gonna happen...
apparently jerry and stephen wanted Wentz at 4..I knew they were showing him a loooot of attention earlier this year, but thought it was just a smokescreen, guess it wasn't.
Gonna be interesting to see what they do in the 2nd rd

exactly. We have bball owner that does yearly rebuilds to build around Dirk & now the football owner went full retard making the team"romo friendly". They keep talking about Zeke running the ball will help the defense...here's a novel concept: draft defensive players to help the defense.

Jerry couldn't help himself. Fuck these niggas man.

This was all on Jerry nobody else

This goes against the philosophy they been preaching about cheap labor at running back and anyone can run behind the line

What's really gonna suck is when some back that gets picked in the 5th round or some shit balls out this season

Elliott is the best back in this draft no question but did we really need to do that?

Got to hit on the rest of these picks

That's the most overlooked part in this, he's getting a deal bigger than Houston gave Miller and then you're going to have to pay him or let him walk. Like @D-TOWN REP said, the motto has been to get cheap labor at the RB position. This front office is really trash man, trash.

Yea I ain't mad. we got the key problem solidified which held the entire team back. our line was depleted and ass.
Now the shit is STOUT. and ferocious now those other position players can actually show what they can do. we just need an ilb and we're fucking good to go.

And if you only get 1 contract out of your first rounder that's a bad pick

Norm going in on the ticket

He was just like "so all we keep hearing is how we will pound the ball and keep the defense off the field, so basically you are telling us our defense sucks"

I know Jerry hates Norm

Which is another issue... You had a very good three headed monster with a VERY underrated and GREAT human being in AlMo, all for cheaper then what Zeke will cost.

Honestly, I don't think they were in love with any of the defensive players at the top of the draft. If there was a Khalil Mack in this draft, I think they would have taken him. I think they see Ramsey as at least a part time safety, and you know they don't value safeties. That probably had as much to do with them taking Elliot as anything.
