I think current players don't say shit on the record, because they know he is good and he can bust their ass.
but former players don't give a fuck...they know him hunting for fouls is bullshit and a lot of them say it. He does't even try to make shots sometimes. He's intent on trying to get contact.

Yes the goal is to score, but the fouls that he draws aren’t real fouls and isn’t respectable to many. Which is why he gets the flack that he gets.

I get what you’re saying but it’s not his fault the refs blowing the whistle for those antics. They know he doing it and he still getting whistles.

I've watched enough NBA in my 38 years to know he's not the only player guilty to do what you posted.
Dam near every game a player on any team tries to draw fouls that aren't really fouls...the problem is Harden has the spotlight on him from opposing media and opposing fans since he's been putting up crazy numbers the past few years.
He was doing the same shit in OKC when he was averaging 13 a game off the bench, where was the outrage then?

I don’t remember Harden doing it when he was a 6th man averaging 13 ppg.

And it creates bad habits which he does not get those benefits in the playoffs. When he doesn’t get those calls, he settles for jumpers and doesn’t attack anymore. His mid range game is butter and he doesn’t use it much.
All I’m saying is there is no reason for him shooting 4-20 from the 3 point line. That’s just absurd, especially when the other nigga went 7-30. Lol.

It’s the analytics culture that is the NBA. Harden could kill in the midrange and shoot at a higher percentage but getting one more point per attempt is valued more by the numbers guys in the front offices smh

Watched the Mavs and Wolves game last night and I have to say. Luka is nice. Plays the pick and roll really well and finishes at the rim on heavy contest. He took a few 3 pointers early and missed them. Then he started going to the basket. Good basketball IQ, decent handle and has no problem getting into the paint and getting a floater up over the defense. Dude gonna be a problem. Hell, he already is

My point is for their time they were proficient scorers and the Iceman led the league in scoring. The league definitely ain't giving Harden any favors no matter what you think. Refs aren't perfect but majority of the time those are actual fouls. If it wasn't the NBA would have been stepped in.
