Are you forgetting no one could stop him throughout the season? I doubt conditioning would have made a difference, Wolves were prepared and had a better strategy.
Jokic had like 28 points when the Nuggets had the lead, when the Twolves were making their comeback the announcers were saying he was 0-7 and Murray had disappeared, it wasn't until the Twolves took the lead that Jokic and Murray started making a couple shots. Jokic and Murray were scoring most of the points to build that 20 point lead so when they went cold the role players hadn't gotten going so it was downhill from thereHonestly the team needed more from him to get the win.

All Anthony Edwards talked about after the game was Jaden McDaniels and Rudy Gobert. Jamal Murray scored the majority of his points in the first half and third quarter, during the comeback Anthony Edwards was picking him up full court and locking him down

What happened after he got some rest? He dropped 24 in a 27 point blowout. Then he banged up his elbow and game 6 and was complete trash. Elbow felt better in the beginning of game 7 and he dropped like 24 in the half. Due to him expending so much energy he was gassed. So now we’re giving Ant credit for “clamping” a gassed Murray?

He played with a calf sprain, the same injury that a lot of players actually sit out with like Donovan Mitchell did. So like I said, give Ant props but it’s not like he locked up a healthy Murray.
