Has every team in the nfl had 2 black qb at the sametime on their roster? Why is next season the first time an nfl division will have all black qbs starting for their division? 2025 and this has neverrrrrrrr happened amongst the 8 divisions ( 30 team roster).. but the giants mysteriously singlehanded picked out of all teams as some problem with black QBs.. people continue to move the goalpost.. first it was giants don’t hire black qbs, than we hired not 1 but 2( something every team in the NFL hasn’t done) than goalpost moved and now giants never drafted black qbs( has every team in the nfl drafted a black qb)… people will continue to say bs about the giantsI agree, they are going to tank for Arch Manning so the streak will continue ofnot drafting a black QB...

If that happens, and Sanders ends up starting during the 2025 season, he would be the first Black QB drafted by the Giants to ever get a start, not just in his rookie season, but the first Black QB drafted by the Giants to ever get a start in his career with the Giants, period!
The team did draft Kentucky QB Andre Woodson in the sixth round of the 2008 NFL Draft, but he was waived during final cuts, signed to the practice squad and ultimately released in October of that year without ever playing a game for the team.
So while signing Russ and Jameis were great moves by a team in need of quarterback help, the signings also exposed the team’s poor history regarding Black QBs.
@jawnswoop you gotta calm down with dissing the Giants and not drafting black qbs....
as far as russel goes.. last yr he started in the 7th game of the season and won 4 straight games, he won his first 6 out of 7 games.. his stats during those first 7 games were 1,784 yds 12td 3int.. one of those games he threw for 414 yds and had 3 tds pass in a win.. he pretty much helped the Steelers clinch a playoff spot by game 13.. yet people claim he’s washed.. these the stats people don’t want you to know.. he damn near finished with 2,500 yds passing in only 11 games last yr.. he threw for 3000+ yds and 26 tds the previous yr.. people were celebrating his game when he started for the Steelers last yr.. but now all of a sudden he’s trash and washed.. if he signed with the Vikings would he have gotten the same hate and that he’s washed? Nope
They will easily win over 3.5 games.. we were tanking last yr.. I literally said it b4 the season started that last yr premise was to get rid of Daniel jones.. I literally kept saying we have 68 quarters to go.. it’s funny how nobody remembers me literally talking about this.. when they did everything I said which was getting rid of him and tanking people are shocked.. I literally said no matter what the coach stays cause they want to see what he can do without Daniel jones.. what happens? He gets another yr to redeem himself all the things I said b4 last season even started.. it’s crazy how you can read the script to people b4 the movie starts and people still act like they don’t know what’s gonna happen.. remember these stats going into next season Nabers had more catches and receiving yds than any steeler wr.. Tracy had more catches and rec yards than Steelers starting rb with less playing time..he also averaged more yds per rush and had 70+ less touches than Steelers rb..he also didn’t start until later in the season.. giants led the nfl in sacks last yr for a period of weeks until towards the end when Dexter Lawerence got injured, etc.. we still finished 9th in the league.. we acquired a few key defense players in the off season and we still got the 3rd pick as well as other picks.. we have a better qb in russel than Daniel jones.. already a better team now and we aren’t tanking like last yr where we still won 3 games..so if we were tanking and still won 3 what happens next yr when we aren’t.. a smart man takes the betI will answer this question after the draft. They should be able to beat the Saints with the current roster. Thats all I got.
