The original opponent pulled out and no one wanted to fight him. He's ducked Ward who wanted to fight him at 168 and he can't get Canelo in the ring.
Funny thing is, theyre willing to fight a retired Froch at 172 but copped all types of pleas when Ward said come up to 168z. Lol. Frauds.

He FINALLY admitted that he hasn't fought anyone. Other than Canelo there are no real fights at middleweight. GGG's people aren't stupid enough to have that man move up to 168, and he said he'd only move down for Mayweather so he wants to cash out.

My guess in theory they are using the same logic Canelo is, more money in fighting Froch than fighting Wards not a big draw at all and Froch is a huge draw especially at home. Canelo is fighting Khan for the same reason. Fucked up for the fans but boxing is a business and I wouldn't risk fighting Ward for little money when I can double or triple my purse fighting a lesser challenge...
