I actually saw Teofimo fight in person on Regis undercard in New Orleans. I was rooting for him, he was very likeable then. Winning the belts was the worst thing for him. He hasn't handled success well at all.
I think I heard somebody say that them 135lb belts are the “My Precious” of boxing. Everytime somebody picked them shits up they changed for the worst. It started with Teo, then Kambossos turned into a heaux. So far Devin Haney has been holding it together but Bill is making it hard for him out here in these streets.

I remember when Teo was on the come up he was always saying in interviews about how Broner was a cautionary tale and what not but with the way he's trending he's likely to not reach the $40mil+ in career earnings that Broner at least got even while fumbling his career.
The way ESPN has been going crazy over Loma for years how can anyone say its for the "Black fighters". Teo got issues man and his father is a bad influence. Pops brought him to a certain level but he needs to hand his career over to someone else to move forward. He has not handled that Kambosos loss well at all.
