But anyway, Lara looked good in his last two fights, not that the competition gave him any real threat but I was looking for any signs of slowing down and I didn't see it. He changed up his style a little bit which is fan friendly with sitting on his power and getting the KOs. Danny don't throw that many punches. So I can see how he could get the win based on volume alone and he can use his legs to get in and out if he switches back to his old slick style.

So Prograis deal is for three fights with base purses of $1.25 million for the first fight, $1.5 million for the second and $1.75 for the third, although they could rise for the second and third bouts depending on the level of opponent, a source with knowledge of the deal told Fight Freaks Unite.

Hearn wasn't involved in this event so idk if there'll be any numbers put out for the gate, from the way I was looking at ticket sales on primary I don't think this gate could've been over $7mil, reality is you're not doing a $10mil+ gate in Mexico unless you're getting the F1 crowd to fly in. The next boxing match this year that should do a $10mil+ gate will be monster vs fulton at Ariake Arena in Tokyo. No reputable source has dropped the ppv buys yet and idk if they will as DAZN was hoping for probably around $22mil of PPV revenue for this since they'll get 80% of that on a digital split which would be a bit more than the $15mil they gave to Canelo upfront for this fight.
