Those Arsenal fans are very quiet lately?
Sorry DJ, the goal was sick!
I didn't realize Olympiakos had some pretty good(experienced too) players.
Djcandle you can throw your team away garbage
I gave up on them a while ago. I won't root until the man at the helm is gone. He's in waaaaay over his head.
I felt bad watching the gameNo apologies needed. I was actually cheering for this just for the fact he's a CONCACAF boy.

united's season = (me)
don't tell me you're one of those calling for Moyes' head? did you really think he'd come in and replicate furgie...in his first yr? can't say he's done a great job (and i love it btw), but you have to give him more than a yr.....and some freasher players as well
I was actually willing to give him a chance in the beginning, had he shown some actual footballing prowess, but this is just bad. There's nothing out there to suggest any quality football at all.
I can understand if he took over Sunderland or Crystal Palace, (a team that btw took us 70 mins to score on), then he'd have all the excuses granted, and there would be nothing but time given...
... But we're the league champs, with the additions of Fugazi and Mata.
I'm simply out of excuses on how to defend the man. If you can make RVP, Rooney, Mata, Kagawa look like shit, what time does he really need?
This man could be handed the likes of Messi and Ronaldo, and still finish 6th in the league.
The time... for me... has been up.
surprised you didn't post the ronaldo goal with the step overs
I see that but I don't know....I think he just needs to step back and take a big breath.
I think he's trying to be SAF than himself. I mean, what he did at Everton and how they were playing...he is not doing that here. He needs to get to what has worked and made united go after him.
I don't know......he does need to step up and be the leader as his position indicates but so do some of the players on the pitch and I don't really see that either. But hey maybe they will let him go and united can go through a marry-go-round of managers phase and continue to struggle
Yep he is too much for him. The problem with him is he is using the same tactics that worked at everton. But what people don't understand is everton doesn't have the quality players man u has. So all that physical training and non football is not going to work.He can step back and take as many breaths as he'd like fam. In fact, i'd like him to take a step off a pier somewhere, but I digress.
I just truly think he's in over his head. Stevie Wonder could take this same team, and at LEAST come in 4th.
His tactics are pure rubbish. I have 3 Toffees in my circle, and they are miles and away enjoying life under Roberto Martinez. There's something to be said about good attacking football, something Everton fans have painfully had to wait a decade to witness.
I'm not saying Moyes is a bad person or anything of that nature, he's probably a great guy, and anyone coming in will feel the pressure without a doubt, but I can think of several managers with top CV's in world football, that could've filled Sir Alex's shoe's a little more than this man.
Klopp, Guardiola, Mourinho, Martinez, Laudrup, Bielsa, man i'd even throw Gus Poyet into this pot. (just kidding....... or am I?)
Let me ask you this, how many teams can we name in the HISTORY of world football, that have won anything consistently with this "get wide and cross" mantra?
I've tried to think of one and I can't.
If we go get some of the players that the papers and media are suggesting we buy, they'll be subject to the exact same nonsense that we see now, so time is of no matter. He can have all the time in the world, a 300m war chest, and still execute the "get wide and cross" philosophy he attained at Everton, and thinks will work at a club like United.
Gundogan... "get wide and cross"
Reus... "get wide and cross"
Kroos.. "make a tackle, then get wide and cross"
It's madness. RVP has every right to be frustrated.
Arsenal Supporters.
Care to say anything.....
Sad times:
"I am here to announce I am leaving Barcelona at the end of the season,” Puyol said. "The club and I have agreed to rescind the two remaining years on my contract.
"After two such aggressive operations, it is costing me a lot to recover the level I demand of myself to stay here. Much more than the surgeons told me. This does not mean I am leaving today, there are still three months of competition left. Those who know me know I will keep fighting until the end to help the team achieve its objectives this season.”
