I'm trying but they are making it hard. I'm pretty sure it's been discussed in this thread but, I hate these one of shows. Have some shit that ties in. Introduce a Villain for god sakes. Throw taskmaster aim or hydra soldiers something! And if any characters died like they almost did the last to episodes, I wouldn't care! They are mostly annoying except for Coulson and the Asian chick and that's probably because the don't give her any lines.

And all that "alien" stuff could STILL be a B-story throughout the season.
(an idea I shared with Bills a while back to make Luke Cage a series in the vein of the Americans on FX taking place in the 70s with a Tuskeegee Airmen theme to it actually starting off in the prison the first season with flashbacks to his hustling days while showing the abuses and racism and Luke solving crimes INSIDE the prison being experimented on and the big breakout ends the first season...Hero for Hire the next season. With that "on the run" thing throughout introducing minor 70s Marvel's heroes/villians Iron Fist , Misty Stone etc. later)

I agree. I tried watching the first couple of shows, and it held my interest for all of 3 minutes. Mainly because of the brotha. But if Coulson wasn't in the movie, no one would care about this show.
Plus the numbers are coming out and week by week this show is losing numbers.

and you ass just got caught passing out infoguess the ONLY way this show could get a lot of people watching is to have,say,samuel l jackson,cobie smulders or maybe even mark ruffalo appear(as bruce banner only,NOT the Hulk) in the season finale..of course RDJ, scarlett and the two chris'ses (hemsworth and evans) wont go anywhere near the show unless several dumptrucks full of cash are backed up to their front doors
