I've been wanting this ever since LeBron and Bosh "took less money" to play in Miami. The NBA's failure to account for state taxes is the biggest flaw in having a system predicated on allowing teams to pay more to keep their own talent.

That's my only argument. If you are a guy that might get 1 4 year 30 million deal in your lifetime, unless you love the big city you will keep more in certain states. That's the difference between making 15 mil or 19 mil. For a regular player that's not something you can sneeze at.

He's decent and that's the average for a decent SF. He's pretty average but had some spark this year, can shoot the three, drive and score... he's a poorer man's version of Trevor Ariza.

Klay is climbing. He was already the second most prolific three point shooter in history. But he hasn't peaked yet. He's getting better percentage wise... albeit he gets cleaner looks than Curry because Curry shoots more off the dribble than Klay. He actually shoots a higher percentage from than 3 in the playoffs than Curry.
