A lot of the resistance to white world power is leaving. Right now any country that looks out for the masses of it's people and not playing the game are targets. They stayed at Muammar Gaddafi and showed the world that there is a price to pay for being real. Mickey Leland was in the white house just like Cynthia McKinney and they both paid a price for being real. Mickey Leland paid with his life.

The most difficult thing to see in these Miami street parties, celebrating Fidel Castro's passing, is the hypocritical, evilly ironic usurpation of words like "freedom", "justice", "equailty"...

Where were these people when Trayvon, Mike Brown, Sandra Bland, Tamir Rice were shot cold, dead in the streets? Where was this revelry when Nelson Mandela, Jesse Jackson, Barack Obama and others visited?

They're republicans through and through. Therefore they were on the sideline cheering the police on, supporting the dictators, etc...
It's not like they have a problem with dictator. They just have a problem with whom is doing the dictating.

I survived a medical assassination plot, no telling what happened to him and other leaders. You have a stroke and they tell you it is a headache. A heart attack is indigestion.

Real talk, when I heard this I thought he was already dead

I realized he had just been out of the public eye and gave his brother control

RIP

I read about this meeting.

At first, Castro went to Manhattan downtown for the UN meeting. But the white press and government was all on his dick. He threatened to sleep in Central Park than to continually subject himself and his delegates to that treatment.

Later, some Black hotel owners Uptown (Harlem) opened their doors to him. That's when Brother Malcolm hooked up with him. The photos were captured by the Black press because they were the only ones permitted in the room.

Rest in peace to Brother Malcolm and Castro.

He was a revolutionary but at the same time cuba is a really fucked up place to live.

Ever been there?? I'll admit they don't have all the toys we have but I don't see anyone there starving, and they, on average, live longer than we do, and the women are slammin' :)
So "fucked up place to live"?? You may wanna rethink that bruh.

I understand the support for Castro, but most of you have never lived under a dictatorship. It's a horrible thing.

In Cuba , you can't even flush your toilet paper after you wipe your ass. You have to put it in a trash can with the other folks. It was time for him to go and his ideas have to die with him.
