Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought this episode took a turn for the worse. We all know the acting was never great but this is tv show and their bad acting takes away from the appeal of it.

Storylines were all over the place and getting redundant. Tommy and Ghost getting guns put in their face and not getting killed is played out.

Tommy gets kidnapped and beaten gun in face and walks away laughing with the person who did it

Then goes out of his way to kill uncle of girlfriend that he himself killed

Kanan & Ghost teaming up

They pulled knives because they were told to not make the hit look like they did it. Guns would have been straight up so my guess is the knives and approach were done to make it look like a struggle or fight...

I thought if anything they made it more clear to who killed him by making it personal and cutting his ex gang tatt off.

Didn't wanna take it there but sometimes you can tell a female writes the show cuz they do some shit a man wouldn't do.

Who gave him the authority to override the deal between Ghost and the Toros?

The Toros went back on their word after Ghost paid them off, and then used knives to cut the Toros tattoo off Julio which will be a dead giveaway to Ghost who killed him, thus going back on their word with Dre. The Toros can't be trusted.

Tommy will probably forgive Ghost for the stash house since he did it for Tariq, and it was Dre's fault that he let Kanan be around Tariq and tried to hide it, which ultimately lead to Kanan getting Tommy's money. He can't be too mad at Ghost.

This episode was atrocious, in my opinion. The storyline has lost a lot of steam now that Ghost is out of prison. They had to add Stern and The Chicago guy as the new villains, but neither of them are compelling thus far.

Kannan had all the vengeance on his mind and in his heart...and just lets Ghost walk after damn near being killed by him?

All the other shit has been discussed. I thought Jukebox would get more juice. Instead, Snoop stills reins as the most cold-hearted black villain in TV series history. Kannan killing a cop; wonder if that will be a focus for the rest of the season.

Lala still is that weak link and Tasha fucked up by just telling her it was going be business as usual for a lil while longer. Lala could give a fuck about dope she just wants to make money via the shop. That shits going to bite Tasha in the ass.

Kannan might have left Ghost off the hook, but best believe he's corrupted his son and altered how he looks at his dad. That might actually be the revenge he really wanted.
