All jokes aside even in Atlanta one of the worst neighborhoods is right next to the Georgia Dome/Benz Stadium, World Congress Center and 4 HBCU's. Shit happens. But if you can revitalize that cheap ass hood in that prime ass spot you got some cash on your hands.

Ghost is a hot commodity because those grants are huge and if you buy the land around where he gets a grant to build you are golden. Tate got the same idea that's why he shaking hands.

It's classic. Franklin tried that shit in Atlanta with the grants but no one had the guts to get them crackheads out of the hood first.

This show. Courtney Kemp, 2things would have made this episode better

1. Since everyone predicted dude was Tommy father, maybe change it to him being Holly's Father. Shit would have matter with the same amount of unimportant weight.

2. How about mimic real life, Use a black Face (James) to buy property in the hood( Brooklyn) so the natives wont know they are being robbed.
