And there are skills that folks can readily learn, hell most unions (well at least in the DC area) have apprenticeship programs. One of my cousins went through the electrician program, said there was only one other black guy in his group all the rest were whites or hispanics.
Bro, at this point so many of our young men won't put the work in to move up. Robing is easy, if you get caught you get free food and living for 7 to 10 years. I lived, worked with and have friends that fucked their lives over behind this bullshit.
