RIP Twitch I was a fan of yours and I'm not going to sit here a judge you for what you did to yourself. I hope you are at peace now. Prayers go out to your family.

Sad as hell.

He was probably everyone else’s support system. But had no real support himself.

Sometimes people do not care to know you, only your results. It’s a common male problem. Knowing everything about your wife and kids and family, getting into their issues, but they don’t know shit about you. Solving problems with your time and paycheck and when eventually you are in need it’s “you need a job” or “you need to [insert superficial bullshit here].” Never “what do you need?” or “let me do this.”

He may have been alone in a crowd. It can be cold out here.

It always matters when theres kids involved and yes its still selfish.
What about mental illness don’t you understand? It’s a chemical issue with a persons body. It’s like telling somebody who is extremely drunk to count to 3 and sober up immediately and be normal. It’s not happening, only medication can balance them.

It's too easy for someone who's not doing okay to look okay.

Remember black Miss USA Cheslie Kryst who committed suicide. She was young and beautiful and had her whole life ahead of her, but didn't tell her mom that she was suicidal until she put it in her last text to her:

Gayle King was brought to tears because she didn't know that Cheslie needed help:

This was shortly before her suicide and she appeared fine.

For those who think weak people commite suicide, just imagine someone places a gun to the head of your child or wife, and say that the only way they could survive unharmed is if you off yourself in front of them. Now do you actually think this would be easy for you to do, even though you know you are saving the lives of the ones you love?
Of course not, but this is exactly how most people who commit suicide feels like they have no other options so they feel forced to do something they really don't want to do.

Dude was on so you think you can dance, I'm pretty sure a lot of people have watched that show.

All I'm saying, he's not some dude that ain't known.

A lot of people that I don't know that people make a thread about that had passed, I just say R.I.P. and keep it moving.

I understand, but unless some medication he took changed his chemistry you know when you’re depressed. I went through it too and luckily sought some help before I did that shit. If my man didn’t seek some help and just ended his life it’s selfish by nature. That’s just me opinion. Like I said on here before when I was going through my divorce shit got real dark. Now that I’m out that shit I think about what kind of asshole I would’ve been to leave my kids without a dad. If you got kids ain’t no way you thinking of killing yourself is some OK shit.

Stephen "tWitch" Boss has died from suicide at age 40.

"It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us," Boss' wife, Allison Holker Boss, 34, confirms exclusively in a statement to PEOPLE. "Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans."

"To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt," she continued. "I am certain there won't be a day that goes by that we won't honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children."

Closing her statement, Allison shared a message for her husband. "Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you," she concluded.

Deep, never thought of it like that.

I had a brotha that I was close with on Facebook, he was smart and loved to help people and always traveled to Africa and then got married.

Years went by that we lost contact and he haven't spoken on Facebook for a while and I had things going on as well not being on Facebook either.

Then I heard the worst news that I never thought or could imagined when it was a double homicide, he killed his friend and himself.

Moral of the story is a person can be smart, talk normal and things seem fine until tragedy happens.

Dude reminded me of Ghost. Sad to see his life come to a close in this manner. Wishing the best for his fam and kids. :smh:

If you're in this thread w/ negativity, do us all a favor and delete your remarks out of respect. It only takes 1-2 secs to be a decent human.
Dudes can't even say r.i.p..without all the extra shit calling him a buck dancing coon and etc....after the man lost his life.

R.I.P. He always seemed to be in good spirits but you never really know what someone is going through

When you DJ for the Ellen show it's your job to be in good spirits. For most of us life's problems melt away when you get on stage anyway.

I don't have a problem when someone says "Who" because most on this board probably didn't know who he was. And I've done it too.

The problem is when it says his occupation, his entire government name, his nickname, the entire name of the person's show he was on and then it states that it was a "Talk Show" that he was on and all of that information was in the title. :rolleyes2:
