Disagree on the Sgt being a shitty dad. It seems like he's resigned to his fate of having a wild daughter, and he will fuck up her fun whenever he can, like he should. It would be ideal if she was well behaved, but that isn't the case. He's working with the cards that have been dealt.

I didn't even think about how V is now getting the same feelings Kev got when her and Svetlana got married. She need to get over that pain, because they have a good thing going. Svetlana was giving hand jobs and BJs before linking up with V and Kev. Svetlana was never a one man/woman type of chick.

I think he created a wild daughter telling her everything is bad and as soon as she got old enough to have a little bit of freedom she made it a point to try everything he told her not to. that's classically how that thing goes.
maybe she'll grow out of it but right now he is def the reason she's into it.

With V and the Russian wife and Kevin, did they ever sign the adoption papers and if so can't the russian and her "husband" claim the kids and now to mention she's doing the books so all this can backfire?

I don't think Fiona swindled her, but she definitely took advantage of her absentmindedness and trust. I said above in a previous post that I think that it's possible the old lady swindled Fiona and the North Side buyers by selling twice and taking all their money. It may be a stretch that the old lady swindled Fiona, but we'll know soon.

I don't think Fiona did her wrong at all because she's allowing her to remain there because the woman didn't want to move. I just hope the old woman didn't sign with both .

the papers were signed under the sense thet V and the Svet were married, which they are not, since she was already married. I dont think the adoption thing will work. It may get annulled.

either the lady already sold the lease and forgot or she'll forget she sold to Fiona and reneg on the deal in some way or she takes all the money and runs whatever it is will be fucked up
