You know how many "friends" I lost during the last 2 elections? Shit was both hilarious and satisfying! Shit got so bad, my youngest son sent me a "Dad, pull up" text. I was in my element those nights!
There's being honest when asked. Or in discussion. Then there's being honest for the express purpose of being an asshole. It's an unfortunate aspect of my life that has been feasting on my soul. Mentality I'm in such an aware state that little things that people do to not accept who they are bothers me. It's a dark place because it isolates you from everyone else. We joke and talk shit on BGOL, but there is a reason i come here. To talk with like minds. In society, outside the internet, I do not get to really talk with people the way I would like to. I can't discuss things nor can I express my view points thoroughly because it goes over many peoples head. I'm deeply connected with my African Spirituality and self-development on a daily basis. When it comes to people, self awareness and acceptance is very important to me. We are who we are and it was never up to us to decide otherwise. We must embrace ourselves because self loathing is a dangerous energy that flows to others. I try to show empathy and understand, but it is tough sometimes.

I work really really really really hard every single day to be nice. I do. I have to work at it. I can spit some venom that will have people reevaluating their life. I've done it on here to MC Brasil once and I felt so bad i deleted the post.

I've been there as well and it's such a bad state of mind that it's not worth making yourself feel that way. It wasn't until these last couple of years where I have started being more preserved in how I speak.
85% of the time on here, I write a very detailed and vile post about someone and then I delete and just go "lol"
if you ever see me quote someone and I type less than 5 words, those are the only 5 words that I didn't edit out.
In person it's easier to control I just make it a joke and play the skit out in my head like "What if i just told them that they fucking stink as a person? wouldn't that be funny?"
then i laugh and say oh nothing i was thinking about "blackish"
so if you're around me and i laugh out of nowhere.. its because i thought of some truly evil shit like a piss monster coming down from the sky and chasing you around pissing acid on your arms and you have to wave them to put the fire out and it looks like you're doing the funky chicken and you start going sssss ahhhh cause of the pain and salt n pepa came out and started singing push it and then mama from mama's family came out doing the running man.
Lol, same here. It actually helps to do that though. I have some shit on notepad I have saved because I wrote some diabolical stuff about white folks or a particular person and was about to post it on facebook and decided not to. Deleting and just going "lol" implies a lot more than "laugh out loud" in particular cases.
