Damn, Perk really called out Jalen's fake hairline on TV
Perk saw what I saw, Jalen haircut is tight, but he needs to go with a lighter shade of black or dark brown
Jalen's super black hair is the 2,000 lbs elephant in the room.yeah
he ALWAYS had a tight line up
shout out Michael Smith
(yeah I'm hating)
but Jalen started dying the grey out his hair.
and as funny as it was? (let me debbie downer right fast)
It was inappropriate and I don't like doing that in front of white folk.
Man, that hair itself fake as fuckJalen's super black hair is the 2,000 lbs elephant in the room.
Shit looks nice and crazy as hell at the same time.
I use to dye my hair so I know what he is going through.
He needs to get a professional to do his hair.
Perk was on point, he did Jalen a favor, Jalen knows that shit looks crazy.

I had no problem with them letting Golic go. They gave him another shot on Radio/TV and it didn't work.
He was on board with Wingo as his co-host.
They employed him for 17 plus years and paid him well.
Can't keep his ass forever.
They also put Golic Jr. in a great situation, so ESPN did right by the Golic family.

NBC first black sports anchor since Bryant Gumbel
I can't make it past 10 minutes on that show.OK more importantly
so wtf exactly is ESPN doing with KJZ?
I can't make it past 10 minutes on that show.
I watch all of the ESPN rejects on Fox Sports.
Then I'll watch Get Up with my boy Greeny
Then Colin Cowherd.
I cut down on a lot of sports talk tv and radio.
I used to be a big Colin fan...
then he started showing some extra cac stuff
and I know a lot of it is an act and trust me I KNOW
forget about content for a minute
that man is a master at this sports talk stuff
but I just can't listen to him anymore.
honestly I have to REALLY sit and think how I consume sports news now that you mention it.
All these cats on TV (him, Skip, SAS, etc.) are basically just playing characters on TV.
Oh I don't trust that cac
but he basically admitted it on an old Bill Simmons interview.
what I mean to say is he one of the OG hot takes folk.
He always a contrarian and loves taking the opposing view whatever.
But that don't mean he don't BELIEVE at least SOME of that bullsh*t.
You got your day all set up brahI can't make it past 10 minutes on that show.

They don't truly believe half the shit they say.
Colin always compares everything in sports to working in an office when there is no comparison between sports and an ordinary office job.
Everything now is about having a "hot take" that will get reposted and get talked about.
PTI is about the only show where the participants still seem genuine.

Good for Alex Smith. He came across as a good dude.Ex-QB Alex Smith joining ESPN as NFL analyst

@playahaitian why are they moving Max. Is it a demotion or promotion
If he gets his own TV show, it would be a promotion. If not, it's a lateral move at best.@playahaitian why are they moving Max. Is it a demotion or promotion

Max doesn't get the same reaction on takes from viewers like a SAS, Skip or Shannon.
He plays it too safe most of the time and isn't knowledgeable enough about football and basketball outside of NYC.
Plus, that morning show with Keyshawn needs a kick in the ass. It's boring as fuck and the one guy has been on leave due to a medical issue.
Word is they want to replace him anyway.
Max is not a compelling Radio Personality
He is a great boxing analyst and well versed/opinated in other sports but he doesnt have charamsic/appeal to stand on his own imo
imo his best fit was as the host of around the horn back in the day
since then outside of boxing its been a game of musical chairs
It's still Stephen A show and he can debate a revolving door of guests and have the espn regulars and guests come to debate not just for a segment but a whole show.
