Yeah, the $100 minimum is stupid. That's not going to curtail all the dumb shit going on.
What's to stop folks from ordering a bunch of shit to hit the minimum and then dipping out before the check comes?
Yeah you have to order nothing but appetizers to keep the tab under $100/person at any steakhouse that's worth a damn. That's still reasonable to some of the luxury steak houses I've been to when traveling. $100 bucks per person sounds about right.
No doubt, All our shit Figh!Niggas that listen to your beats do
Black AF1 music
Shit...
Shit...
If you can't afford the $100 fee. Then you can't afford what's on the menu any way.

it's interesting in your post about the Baltimore restaurant, you left out the part about a white kid who was dressed similarly was allowed to eat in the restaurant with his parents. In fact, that was the black woman's main complaint.A local chain of fine dining reataurants in BMore, the Atlas Group, came out with a dress code that banned people in t shirts and baggy pants. Niggaz were complaining up the wazoo. Plus, a woman and her 15 year old son went to one of the joints with some baggy, saggy jeans and they wouldn't admit them. And, the righteous indignation from the preachers and politicians was something to behold. Personally, I don't want to be in a restaurant with no dress code either. Lo and behold, 3 of their restaurants are on the waterfront, side by side. They have now become the hangout place for the 20-50 black folks with enough for a few drinks. The chicks look like they save money so they can buy outfits with they tittays hanging out and take pictures with the water in the background for IG. And, because the hoes are in there, the local drug dealers drop by in their 3 wheeled vehicles to pick em up. All, in all, it looks like profits are being made and fashion is being displayed. No saggy pants, just tittays on he bar.

If that is the event you are referring to, can you explain why you left that part out?
Shady is still rocking baggy Girbaud jeans Ock.Also hilarious when places ban baggy jeans when nobody wears baggy jeans anymore it’s not 2001. Niggas wear yoga jeans and tiny shirts with designer belts.

The things is this is a different level of business. They're catering to people who not only spend money (that's clear by the menu prices) but also tip as well.Honestly I’d have a problem if I went to McDonald’s and they told me that I had to spend $10.
It’s the principle.
And I don’t go to McDonald’s but that’s not the point.
Who tells patrons that they have to spend a certain amount of money to eat there?
And before you say it, I’m not talking about drink minimums at places.
Cant keep a playa down tho. He got those red shoes in the back on deck to stunt on em.
Post reported for those boots in the background on the floor.Shady is still rocking baggy Girbaud jeans Ock.

I went to Alexander’s steakhouse in San Francisco and ordered the Waygu. I didn’t know they priced that shit by the ounce . No damn prices on the menu. I ordered the 9 ounce Jawn because a 3 ounce steak ain’t shit. My god damn bill was over $1000 between me and my wife and drinks and appetizers . My steak alone was $625 . Never againThe things is this is a different level of business. They're catering to people who not only spend money (that's clear by the menu prices) but also tip as well.
Me personally I could afford the place but the restaurant aint geared towards a person like me who think that shit is overpriced.
Btw restaurants have thin margins and if people are just buying the lower priced items on the menu. Then that may be the reason (or one of the reasons) for the policy change

Indeed, there are better places. Allot of them aren't expensive either. That said......... Red Lobster though fam??? I'll give Pappadeaux a lil more credit than that.Pappadeaux is just above Red Lobster to me; shit is not good, neither; and I aint going there unless to get bitches; because bitches love Pappadeaux and Red Lobster ; There are a lot of restaurants that serve way better food than that place....
Oh it was good as fuck it came with 19 different salts . But still thoughBarring the price, was it even good?

*true story*
Lmbaoooooo I was sweating when I saw that bill . My wife even commented before the bill came out that the waiter is so nice. That nigga knew he was going to get paid. The wife would’ve told them “I don’t know that man” that day because
Steak restaurants don't have a drive through
y'all trippin.
so how do you separate drink minimums? High ass watered-down drinks
there are many businesses that require a minimum...
these kinds of restaurants been doing it for big parties for years.
They could have sold him one rib.......but they wanted to tell a mofokr you gotta get a half slab
the 2 dollars is aded your bill.
it'ss easy, 100 minimum......
Yeah I took the wife there for Valentines Day....This place is really for ballers. It is ridiculous for what it is.
I never understood this. I have zero issue with their policy because I'm not being forced to patronize their establishment. There are far too many other places that I can patronize.Let’s be honest, they don’t want niggas in there chillin getting appetizers and hanging out like it’s happy hour.
I get it that they want people to spend more money and weed out the people who are just chillin and not really spending.
But I just have an issue with any place telling people how much they have to spend. And it doesn’t matter the establishment.
