Wagu comes in grades and the prices vary, most US wagu is b or c grade. GOLD adds absolutely nothing to food except price, no flavor, no nothing. Most people just want to feel superior. Fuck a fine dining experience, I want to know if the restaurant has won or been nominated for a James Beard Award. I want to know the pedigree of the head chef. A lot of these bullshit "fine dining" places are a few grades above ruby Tuesday. Nothing but short order cooks on the back end fluffing up low quality ingredients and jacking up the price.

I visit friends in larger cities and they take me some of these so called "fine dining, high end restuarants and its bullshit. True fine dining places don;t have issues with dress codes or having to specify how much money you need to need spend, it's already built in.
