As ridiculous as that argument is it's nowhere near as ridiculous as the Supreme Courts recent rulings.
Maybe this will motivate the judge in the New York case to actually throw the boom at him.
If he makes it past that there's no stopping him since none of his other cases will make it to trial and convict before the election.
