Been watching OG Welterweight fights and I've been feeling robbed. Hearns/Leonard. Hagler/Hearns. Leonard/Duran, Sweet P/Chavez (still bullshit. Pernell won!). The best fought the best back in the day. Now these promoters are fucking up the game just trying to get as many fights for their cash cow as possible with little to no risk. The fans deserve this fucking fight. Glad they got it done!!!
They were recently saying the hold up was that Showtime and Fox were in a bidding war to televise the PPV. Hopefully this shit is done, i think so because both have been posting themselves in training

ESPN is linked to Top Rank so I don't 100% believe this but like you said, PBC needs to dispute it...I don't like the optics...getting the vibe that Crawford is very confident and Spence and/or his team not as much...but this is all based off of rumor so who the fuck knows...I thought Spence would never give Thurman a pay day but he may do it if Boots is the other option
