Let me break it down to the slow negros, he got hit and all that shit He talked went out the window......... fanboys are funny
Crawford deserves all the credit for last night’s performance. He came in ready and focused. He put in that work last night. Crawford always has his bag ready. Testament to his greatness.
Spence was not in it last night. No excuses but NONE of you seen this to be a dominating fight like this from Crawford. Bud has had lesser opponents give him more trouble than Spence did last night.
That’s why people are dumbfounded by just how out of place Crawford made ESJ look last night. No one saw that playing out that way. Even if you were rooting for Crawford, no one thought it would be that easy of a victory.
Spence is no punk in the ring. That’s why this fight was so hyped. He’s still one of the best. He needed this loss. You can tell. Either it will wake him up or this is the beginning of the end.
Honestly I had my reservations about this fight because I wondered what ESJ would be in the ring last night. He definitely looked out of place, but you gotta be ready to fight. Once you in the ring, you gotta be ready to fight. Can be no doubt.
Bud had no doubt in himself. He knew he was going to war and believed in his arsenal. He was locked in, Spence was not.
A lot of people are now saying Derrick James isn’t a great trainer because of this ONE loss. I get it, ESJ didn’t look good at all, but sometimes that’s just on the fighter. The trainer can only do so much. The fighter has to take it the rest of the way and ESJ didn’t do that last night.
Derrick gave him the adjustments but Spence didn’t respond. All this talk about Derrick being a horrible trainer now is some bullshit. Spence has been a killer this whole time except for last night. Shit happens. Lmao
I knew Crawford would be who he was no doubt, but Spence though, I wasn’t sure. Crawford looked hungry the entire time. Spence was the lion at the top of the hill that felt like the food would just be there with no real work needing to be done.
I feel like Spence underestimated Crawford’s abilities in the ring. I just got that feeling leading up to the fight. Like he knew Bud could fight, but just didn’t believe Bud was that good.
My last thing about making weight / rehydration
Someone twee- no X'd that they knew how Bud rehydrates and she knew he was good, but wasn't sure what Spence does......
In the first All Access episode, you see Spence with the nutritionist in his house making his "meals," one of which was a nutrient shake (not protein, nutrients).....
and Spence even said something to the effect of he found it harder and harder to make weight, plates get smaller and smaller .....
Looking back on those 2 things.....combined with this is really your first big BIG fight after 2 accidents, (1 of which you're lucky to be alive from...) and you're really over 30 now, the body is different
Get off Spence sack fruit boy, Zaddy lost deal with itLet me break it down for the slowest of negroes, re-read my posts………… Brickheaded niggas are funnier.
4- Spence is a very good modern day fighter. But there's a reason why his handlers tried to delay (or flat out skirt this fight) for years. And the irony is, delaying the fight really helped Crawford (as he was allowed to grow into being a legitimate 147). Also, throughout the years, the lifestyle disparity between the two had Crawford being the most fresh -- by far -- by the time they stepped into the ring
Get off Spence sack fruit boy, Zaddy lost deal with it
Another one was Donald Curry, vs Milton McCrory, McCrory was stopped in the second but Curry dominated every second of the fight.Hey boxing fans, we been debating this in my crib.
Has there ever been a champion vs champion
when a boxer straight dominates the whole title fight?
