IF they are decoys... stolen phone, snagged a water, rented with a stolen card... all would be great misdirection if covertly gathered and deployed. Investigators could wind up wasting a lot of time on dead end leads.

Most tellin of the whole scene...firing..clearin jam while still advancing on target for killshot. My folks that like to shoot have all had gun jams but...there's a natural tendency to look at yur weapon after any jam/while clearin..dude cleared w/o takin eyes off target as he advanced.
