Our two best picks unfortunately didn't address our serious need at linebacker. Lamin Barrow, never seen the kid play so I don't have anything to say for him.

- Liked the Bradley Roby (Cornerback) pick in the 1st round. He is a fast and explosive cornerback that brings some nasty attitude to the position.

- Loved the Cody Latimer (Wide Receiver) pick. At 6-3, 220 pounds and runs a 4.4 with excellent hands. What's there not to love? All he has to do is learn from Manning and he'll be a beast.

- Didn't like the Matt Paradis (Center) pick. Dude is not very athletic. You got to be able to move in Manning's system.

- Liked the Michael Schofield (Tackle/guard) pick. A good depth pick.

- Liked the Lamin Barrow (Linebacker) pick. His tackling needs work but he has speed and can cover. Could be coached up to a great player.

The only thing,Im worried about with Roby is his awareness..I've been reading that,he don't look for the ball...That get him in trouble, but hopefully Fox and Del Rio will correct that, but other than that,I've read nothing but good things about him...

Im going to assume Tony Carter is on his way out

I think they're going to convert Barrow inside :dunno:

Really disappointed that Denver passed on the best guard in the draft with their first pick.

CB was definitely needed.

But protecting Peyton is more important. He can't get mauled like in the SB.

Where was the Mike LB?

I think they're going to convert Barrow to Mike and have him compete with Steven Johnson, Lerentee McCray, and Nate Irving for the job.....

Elway wanted to trade up and get CJ Mosley in the first round but teams were wanting too much.

Peyton Manning Looking Forward to Playing With Emmanuel Sanders -

"Speaking after the Duke workouts with his teammates, Peyton Manning dished on the Broncos’ top offseason acquisition so far on the offensive side of the football, former Steelers receiver Emmanuel Sanders.

Sanders hopes to add an explosive element to the Broncos’ offense, something that only Demaryius Thomas really provides but the Broncos really haven’t had anything like Sanders since Peyton Manning has been the quarterback." ...

I understand the excitement Clady brings being back. But the real test is week 3. Denver take them in Seattle. The difference is legit.

Yes Bro. These dudes on here acting like Clady or none of our other injured players would've made a difference in the SuperBowl. I can't wait.

If we stay healthy,I think we can go back to the dance and win it...

Hillman is looking good,so far

What the world of difference having Clady in the game......I hope he can stay healthy...

Seattle's vicious, punishing, starting strong safety is out. Our defense feels different without him. Other than that, what can I say? I have to admit that Manning looks good. I'm not used to our defense giving up points so early. Hopefully, that's getting fixed as I type this. Also, I wonder what effect, if any, the new rule changes are having on the way Seattle plays defense.

We're doing a better job than we did last year in the preseason and the Superbowl,so Ill take it as a sign of improvement....:smh::smh:

Positives

1.No major injuries

2.We had a consistent pass rush with our first and second stringers

3.We did pretty good running the ball

4.We might have some hidden gems on the team...

I like Juwan Thompson

5.We didn't get blown out, like we did last year in the preseason

Negatives

1.We need to cut down on the penalties

2.Secondary is alittle shaking, after the starters....

3.We still give up long yardage on third down...but it will probably be fixed during the season...

Overall, the defense will be better than the one from last year and the one from the year before when we had a top 5 defense in scoring..

TJ Ward is going to be nasty for us this season....

Quanterus Smith is going to shock alot of people this year....

I didn't see the second half...but here are my thoughts

1. We need to run the ball under center alot more

2. What the hell is Manning thinking trying to run the ball.....:smh::smh::smh:

3. Why are the corners giving the receivers 10 yard cushion....:hmm::hmm:

4...Talib got lucky the pass was incomplete, because Lloyd burned him...

5.. Trevathan was missed in pass coverage

6.The pass rush was invisible out there...

7.It looks like we got some solid runners behind Montee

8. Bolden needs to hold on to the ball,on the defensive side....:smh::smh::smh:

Ihenacho got picked up by the Redskins and the Broncos put Bibbs on the practice squad.
