Your post is long and disjointed. Just to reiterate again:

I never voted for Trump and don’t believe that he will provide Reparations. For some reason, your response to me questioning Biden and Democratic candidates, leads to you pretending like I defend Trump. This is not the case. My position has always been that non of these CACs have our best interests at heart. My position has always been that we need to demand for candidates to address our demands before we vote for them.

I've got a question? Say Democrats say, "Okay, we'll lead with Reparations for black Americans".

And they run on that in the next election. Can you tell me the EXACT pathway in Congress? Then the Senate? Then signed into law on whichever President's desk?

Give me the play by play how that plays out.....

How is letting Republicans win working out for you?

'Segregated facilities' are no longer explicitly banned in federal contracts

After a recent change by the Trump administration, the federal government no longer explicitly prohibits contractors from having segregated restaurants, waiting rooms and drinking fountains.

Please list the newly segregated facilities, restaurants, waiting rooms, and drinking fountains that are became segregated because of Donald Trump.

there is nothing disjointed about it.... did you vote for harris this election or did you sit out??

simple question.....
I did not vote for either Presidential candidate in this election or the previous one.

I understand wanting to get more for your vote. But lay out a scenario in the current political system where we'll eventually benefit? We're currently living in the aftermath of withholding our votes for "more power".

Right now republikkans are stripping away at our rights & our history. And it hasn't been 4 months yet. We have another 16+ months before midterms. The only things Democrats or any party we "back" can do if put in a position of power is restore what we've lost. And I assure you it'll take longer than 4 months for it to happen.

This "aggressive" approach can be a reality now. What's the next steps towards reparations? Where's the threads detailing what we should be doing now to get more for our votes the next election? Enlighten me on this master strategy to get less than 13% of the population to sway a bunch of stupid racists & pretend white people.

There's only so much power that can be gained at the state level. And right now dump is making sure the right judges are in place to block anything specific to a group of people.
Please list the "rights and history" that has been stripped from you. BTW.... evaluate your response. I am a Black man who feels we have received sub optimal results by voting by party loyalty rather than by issues. We are past due for the payment of Reparations and I am saying that I am not voting for or supporting any candidate that does not support the payment of Reparations. Your response is a demand for a full on plan in order for me to do that. It is not my burden to have a full plan in order to have a position. Just like you don't have full on plays for every position or issue you vote on. What is your plan for Reparations payment?
I'm disappointed that the LBGTQ community has more heart than many of yall. They demanded support of gay marriage to get their votes. Imagine if instead they attacked each other for not voting for "the least evil" instead?

It is not going to happen right away. Black folks have blindly voted for "the least evil" for over a 100 years. I'm saying that we collectively reserve our votes for candidates that make Reparations a priority. If we do that, Democratic candidates will do it in order to have a chance at winning. It's not that complicated. LBGTQ, Latinos, and Jews have key issues that they demand their candidates support. Notice Kamala Harris never denounced Isreal's attacks on Gaza despite the whole world knowing it was fucked up. We all know Biden does not agree with the Gender stuff. From there being multiple genders to men competing against women in sports. But he has to support it for their vote. US? I am choosing to wield the same power. What have been doing has not been working.

How about you take a trip to the Donald Trump is president thread to find out all of the rights & history that's being stripped away.

You don't even have a next step. You say you're not voting for a candidate that doesn't support reparations. Okay. What's the plan to get them elected. How is this magical candidate going to combat congress & the courts?

Full on plan? You don't have any plan. You have an action. Stop voting. What's the point of doing that if you have no follow through on getting what you want? Which are reparations. Basically, all you're doing is nothing. While expecting something to happen.

As a Blackman, how do you feel about Kamala Harris's answer to this question?

Am I happy about that answer? no
Do I understand it as a political calculation? yes
Should reparations be the ONLY make or break socio-political issue where African Americans are concerned? no

Past generations of ADOS post civil war probably should have made a stronger case for reparations but they were too busy trying not to get LYNCHED. Unfortunately the farther we move in time away from scene of the crime the harder it is to drum up support for it across the socio-political board.

I've repeatedly asked you what do you think Trump and Musk would respond to this demand from ADOS:

REPARATIONS
President Trump must direct Congress to propose and deliver to his desk a federally led and administered Reparations package that identifies a definite start date with no fixed ending date.
President Trump must commit to seeing the Act faithfully executed. At minimum, the Reparations package should prioritize cash payments totaling $20 trillion to American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS). Together with targeted policies and protections, the redistributive measures will be ongoing and must remain in effect until—at the very least—the wealth gap between white Americans and ADOS is closed.

ETHNIC DESIGNATION & PROTECTION
Taking into account the absence of reparations for chattel slavery, and the presence of the accrued cost of its brutal, 400-year legacy, the descendants of chattel slavery in the U.S. have been made to inherit a singular disadvantage in national life. The Trump administration, by executive fiat, must designate descendants of chattel slavery in the United States as a protected class. The ethnic designation should accord with the criteria outlined in our presentation to the Office of Management and Budget. Additionally, any future studies or data collection by the U.S. government must disaggregate ADOS from the rest of the American population so that the specific needs of ADOS communities can be accurately quantified and addressed by targeted policies and investments.

President Trump must call on Congress to create an Office of ADOS Affairs that will specifically advocate for the needs of ADOS people. The President must also charge the Office with creating a genealogy registry that will provide resources for ADOS people who wish to trace their ancestry to establish eligibility for slavery Reparations. The Office must also be charged with the collection of information and studies regarding stolen wealth by way of the destruction of Black businesses, stolen intellectual property, predatory lending, and the redlining of housing and insurance policies. Should Congress fail to act, President Trump must create the Office by executive order.

you have avoided responding to it.....why?

You didnt vote for trump so dont expect him to deliver on any demands from blacks folks...but didnt trump appeal to the black vote during the campaign season??

ezgif.com-video-to-gif-converter.gif

President Trump on Monday said he doesn’t believe the federal government will pursue reparations for descendants of slaves, an idea that has gained traction among some Democrats.

“I don’t see it happening,” Trump said in an exclusive interview with The Hill.

{mosads}The House Judiciary Committee held the first hearing on the issue in a decade earlier this month, and a handful of Democratic presidential candidates seeking to challenge Trump in 2020 have broached the idea.

“I think it’s a very unusual thing,” Trump said of the possibility of reparations. “You have a lot of — it’s been a very interesting debate. I don’t see it happening, no.”

this was said at a trump rally during campaign season

Now by YOUR OWN LOGIC you should have as much smoke for that as you have for Biden or Harris considering you didnt vote for ANY of them YET you're silent on it.

you want me to have some kind of emotional response to Harris on her statement yet you dont have any emotional response about trump who is saying that whites are victims of discrimination today.

As a Blackman, how do you feel about PRESIDENT trump's answer to this question?

thread is gone again
ask akataqueen why she deleted it??

thats a serious question too... open to anybody...whenever he chimes up on his shit just ask him why did he delete the reparation thread and keep asking til you get an answer...no insults no argument just a simple question.

When are the chains and whips coming back?

I heard slavery was making a comeback due to not all states amending or acknowledging the Corwin act like 5 states voted for.
The Corwin Amendment is a proposed amendment to the United States Constitution that has never been adopted, but owing to the absence of a ratification deadline, could theoretically still be adopted by the state legislatures. It would have shielded slavery within the states from the federal constitutional amendment process and from abolition or interference by Congress.

Although the Corwin Amendment does not explicitly use the word slavery, it was designed specifically to protect slavery from federal power. The outgoing 36th United States Congress proposed the Corwin Amendment on March 2, 1861, shortly before the outbreak of the American Civil War, with the intent of preventing that war and preserving the Union. It passed Congress but was not ratified by the requisite number of state legislatures.

Honestly you dont really need it... the 13th amendment abolished slavery but didn't entirely get rid of it. Couple that with for profit prisons and slavery never really stopped..it's just the state and corporate business is doing it and they've never stopped doing it.

Both of you please give me the direct play by play pathway of continuing to support the Democratic candidate without demanding support of specific issues. Please provide a your brief evaluation of how doing this has benefited black empowerment.

Like clockwork. LMAO.

Supporting the Democratic Candidate has resulted in the Black uninsured rate dropping by 30 percent, by Black farmers getting paid for past racism, and the most amount of Black judges being appointed to federal benches in history.

It has also gotten us the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act, and numerous anti Jim Crow laws the cult leader you are so excited about is trying to take away.

Now..

Stop running you pussy..

ANSWER THE FUCKING QUESTION. I bet you won't.

Response to what?

My “play by play” plan.
Step 1: Collectively demand support of a clearly stated Reparations plan that includes direct payment of a fair amount of money to all Black folks who have multiple generations in the US. The plan will include target payment dates. Collectively not vote for any candidate who doesn’t support it.

Step 2: Whenever CACs (or scared Negroes) attack us for demanding something, we stick to our demands and keep the focus on them.

Step 3: Continue to demand support of Reparations even if the initial outcomes are below ideal or expectations.

My plan is super simple. Use our votes as a tool to get what we want.

It’s not that complicated. Demand that politicians address your core issues before you vote for them. It doesn’t involve an in-depth plan, just like continuing to vote for them “least evil” doesn’t.

Obviously, we aren’t all in agreement and I’m fine with agreeing to disagree at this point.
