You are the alliance against Negan and you can only defend 1 front. Which front would you defend?

Alexandria

The Hilltop

The Kingdom

One or two may get destroyed by Negan but one must be kept up and running and able to take in everybody from the other communities.

My pick would be The Kingdom. They have numbers and are resource rich they have cobbler for crying out loud:lol:. The Hilltop does have a strategic location being on a hill. Alexandria has the best walls.
Kingdom and build tunnels to the Hilltop for women, medical, faculty, and children.

Negan is hands down a better leader than Rick.

The show sucks but I keep watching it so I shouldn't complain.

Rick and his group deserve this drama, THEY KILLED A BUNCH OF PEOPLE IN THE SAVIORS OUTPOST FOR NO GOOD REASON. They brought this on themselves.

If a few (well, several hundred, even a couple thousand) people survive a zombie apocalypse in a well populated area (Atlanta area) where there were probably hundreds of thousands of cars, lawn mowers, motorcycles, etc.... plus gas trucks, gas stations..... the supply of gas is probably pretty realistic. Just keep taking gas from abandoned cars. Now, from what I know about gasoline (which isn't much), the shit should be kinda going bad over a period of years, so at some point, gas sitting in an abandoned car won't be any good. Going by Judith's age, they're about 3.5 years in right now (Shane splashed Laurie up on the mountain in the first month of it all, and the kid is like 2.5 years old at the moment).

Eugene bitch ass gotta go. Janus too and buddy from GTA.

I've always wondered that.

Masterson, who plays Tara Chambler on The Walking Dead, took down her Instagram account comprised over over a million followers on Monday. The actress is a new mother and often shared photos of her little girl on the page but they are no longer visible to fans or followers as it has been completely removed from the social media channel.

At the time of publishing, Masterson's Twitter account remains active with over 300 thousand followers.

Masterson joined the AMC series in its fourth season as Tara, one of the survivors with the misfortune of encountering the Governor. Tara began to see the true manipulative ways of the villain who was ready to cut Hershel's head from his shoulders in a move that would launch the unforgettable prison battle, ultimately destroying the sanctuary for everyone who called it home.

Since joining, Masterson became a fan-favorite actress on the series, but if her quitting of Instagram is for the similar reasons as McDermitt's, it would not mark the first time Masterson has been effected by the Internet's negativity.

'Star Trek Discovery': Sonequa Martin-Green's character revealed at last

Star Trek: Discovery has finally revealed its lead character’s name and rank.

After months of silence on the matter, the CBS All-Access series announced on Monday that The Walking Dead actress Sonequa Martin-Green will play First Officer Michael Burnham.

A First Officer is the second in command on a starship, just below the captain. Martin-Green’s character was originally described by executive producer Bryan Fuller as a lieutenant commander, but in the Trek-verse that rank can also be the ship’s First Officer (so perhaps she’s both). Star Trek: Discovery marks the first time the lead character in a Trek series hasn’t been a ship’s captain, which Fuller noted gives the series a chance to tell a different kind of story. Some sites have previously assumed her character’s name was “Rainsford,” which was a codename put out by the production.

Walking Dead Star Calls Andrea’s Exit ‘Utter Nonsense’

It may have been four years since Laurie Holden left AMC’s The Walking Dead, but the star is still clearly outraged by the way her exit was handled, slamming the controversial storyline as “utter nonsense.”

Once supposed to be the golden girl of the show, Holden’s season 3 story arc took Andrea on a vastly different path to her comic book counterpart and made her public enemy No.1. The Walking Dead season 3 finale “Welcome to the Tombs”, saw Andrea fall victim to the nefarious schemes of David Morrissey’s Governor. Trapped in the town of Woodbury with a reanimated walker, Andrea was bitten and eventually put out of her misery by friend Michonne.

RELATED: JEFFREY DEAN MORGAN WANTS A NEGAN ORIGIN EPISODE
The whole plot was meant to be a shocking addition to Glen Mazzara’s final days as showrunner, but most saw it as a lackluster ending to one of the most divisive character portrayals to grace The Walking Dead. Speaking at Walker Stalker Con, Holden is still clearly confused by what happened to Andrea and won’t mince her words when it comes to discussing the character’s demise:

“I think the whole stuff that they wrote about Andrea and the Governor was complete and utter nonsense. I did the best that I could to tell that narrative and to justify it where Andrea kept her heart.”

While the 47-year-old praised incoming showrunner Scott Gimple for giving her a beautiful death, she couldn’t help but criticize the powers that be for missing out on so much of Andrea’s source material:

“I love Scott Gimple for giving me a gorgeous death with redemption so that you understood, and she wasn’t a victim – she died on her own terms. But I think that there was so much beautiful narrative that was lost, and that she should have been there for a long time and been the leader that [Robert] Kirkman created in the comic book.”

Interestingly, when looking at Kirkman’s comic books of the same name, Andrea is seen as a sharp-shooting sniper and the next big love interest for Rick Grimes. Although she meets a similarly grisly fate, Andrea’s death on the page doesn’t come until Issue #167 – a long way away for AMC’s record-breaking show. Thankfully, Andrea’s departure did wonders for Danai Gurira’s Michonne, with the Black Panther star taking on Andrea’s storyline (and romance) from the comics. Even if Andrea was originally intended to be a part of this year’s “All Out War” storyline on the show, it looks like there are plenty of hardened heroines on the series to make up for her absence.

The Walking Dead Season 8 First 3 Episode Titles & Synopses Revealed

Episode titles and brief synopses for each of The Walking Dead season eight’s first three episodes have been revealed ahead of the show’s return. After finding themselves at the mercy of the sadistic Negan for much of season 7, Rick and his merry band of zombie apocalypse survivors will find themselves embroiled in “All Out War” in the highly anticipated forthcoming run of episodes.

With this season being entirely devoted to the conflict between Alexandria and The Saviors, interviews with the cast and crew have, perhaps unsurprisingly, promised viewers plenty of action, violence, carnage and death as the Negan situation reaches boiling point. Such excitement arguably comes at the perfect time too, as The Walking Dead‘s season 7 finale posted disappointing viewership figures by the show’s own very high standards.

Adding to the excitement ahead of the season 8 premiere later this month, the first three episode titles have now been revealed (via Spoiler TV). In order, they are: “Mercy,” “The Damned” and “Monsters.” Also unveiled is a synopsis for each episode, which read as follows:

“Mercy” – Rick and his group, along with the Kingdom and Hilltop, have banded together to bring the fight to Negan and the Saviors.

“The Damned” – The plan involving Alexandrians, Kingdommers and Hilltoppers unfolds; as Rick continues to fight, he encounters a familiar face.

“Monster” – Conflict with the Saviors leads to unintended consequences for the Hilltop, the Kingdom, and Alexandria; morality proves tricky in wartime.

Although the three episode names fail to give much away and are, to be honest, reasonably generic The Walking Deadtitles, the synopses are far more intriguing, particularly those concerning the second and third episodes. The most notable questions that arise are which “familiar face” will Rick encounter in episode 2 and what kind of moral struggle will take place in the third offering. Mysteries aside, the early indications are that season 8 of The Walking Dead will be a fast-paced affair, with the conflict clearly accelerating into full swing straight out of the gate.

Regarding Rick’s encounter in episode 2, it’s possible that a surprise character return could be on the cards. It was recently confirmed that plans were afoot for Heath to eventually return to The Walking Dead and although producer Scott M. Gimple claimed that was unlikely to happen this season, some misdirection could be at play here. Alternatively, the synopsis could simply be alluding to a character that Rick hasn’t seen for a while but that has still been on-screen, such as one of his two recent betrayers Jadis and Eugene. He’d certainly have plenty to say to those two…

According to TV Line, Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman cryptically teased that a crossover between Walking Dead (reviews here) & Fear the Walking Dead (reviews here) is in the early stages of development. At this time, all that is currently known is that one character will cross over between the two shows.

“We want these shows to have their own legs, tell their own stories and be their own thing. I think we’ve finally gotten to a place with Fear the Walking Dead where it has its own identity [and] we can play with some things. “There is one character that is going to go from one show, that I will not name, to another show, that I will not name. Now, what does that mean? Because these timelines, like… how does that work? Are we going to see an interesting backstory of a Walking Dead character in Fear the Walking Dead? Or are we going to see a Fear the Walking Dead character show up in The Walking Dead and show a future version of the character?”

Fear the walking dead >>> TWD. As far as TV goes, not into the comic shit. Fear is showing villains being made without having to keep up with comic fans. Pacing isn't even close in the shows, and plus we all know Rick and his son have to make it in TWD(that's not a fucking spoiler).

Nah, Madison as Alpha, makes FTWD an origin story for a comic group then. Nick already walks with the walkers as it is.

Watching Madison is like watching the development of a TWD villain. She is selfish as fuck, will not listen to anyone, and fucks up every place she goes.

Meant to post this in this thread, but accidentally posted it into the FTWD thread.

The video is made by the same channel that does the symbolism videos for the different Game of Thrones families.
