Thats a bit harsh my man. Shes been trying to settle down and settle in for over a season now. I think this is just a continuation of that. I also think they may kill Rick off soon (this season or next) so her character is also being used to hold down home and prep Carl for the take over. But i look forward to her getting back on her shit too tho.
