I just finished watching the Final Season of Top Boy!!..It was ok!!...Yeah, I feel it was rush as well...The last episode was crazy how they ended it!!

After watching a few episodes from the ORIGINAL season, I am hoping it was either Gem or maybe even RA'NELL that shot him. Both had very good reasons to do it and the latter would add a nice twist to the story. I always felt like the term 'Top Boy' applied to him anyway. He should be in his mid 20s now and possibly ready to return
Watched the final season this afternoon.
They closed out all the major characters storylines.
The first 4 episodes of the final season is a slow burn, but it picks up in pace to the end in the last 2 episodes.
Not gonna spoil it, but it had a decent finale. It’s predictable with the 2 major characters, the appeal was to see how it would go down.
Overall, it’s a good series. It doesn’t look like there will be any spinoff series with how it ended.
Final Rating from me is a 7.5/10.

He was never overly brilliant. He could see some things coming though. Where Sully just sort of flew by the seat of his pants. In my opinion, DuShane was very smart with the solicitors (lawyers). Which is why this last season was so baffling. He got ALL his assets tied up and NONE of it ever got cleaned?

It’s possible Chantelle might be the character to help lead off a future spinoff.
She might not be the primary character, just a character to connect the spin-off to “Top Boy”.
Similar to Marcus Alvarez in “Sons of Anarchy” with him having a minor appearance in “Mayans”.
It ain’t like Letitia Wright got anything else going on. Her time as the MCU Black Panther will most likely end after the Avengers: Kang movie. Plus she is anti-Covid vaccine which limits her getting work in the US.
Ok I know I ain’t tripping man these writers just gave up on this season. And the season before they foreshadowed the feds or whatever they call their shit over there were on them and they completely didn’t do anything with that.

Netflix is notorious for just cancelling shows abruptly before giving it a good ending or leaving them in limbo with no update.
The final season should have been 10 seasons to go more in-depth….but, we got what we got.

You can they had nothing for a lot of these characters. They wasted the shit out of Barry Koegehn character. We should’ve had a big showdown later on in the season. That dude had s cameo pretty much.

I'm just speculating. If I'm the star of the series, (or the Producer, or the Executive Producer) I certainly wouldn't leave it where they did
If I had the power (in the entertainment world) to do a spinoff, maybe even a PREQUEL, of such a popular series, I would do it.
