I see it similarly, only, who would know where Sully is. The kid knew Sully would go see his daughter and what school she attends. So it has to be someone who knew to follow the kid. Only Jaq and Sully would know to go to the school. It’s either the Mali’s (the dude he put the gun in his mouth) or the attorney who was working to get Deshane out. He knew how many bricks, plus was owed money, and one of his guys was killed by Sully. The Mick’s likely would have needed more time to figure who did that hit so I don’t think it’s them. The kid never figured a gun so he would be able to pull off a one-hitter like that. Neither could Jaq’s lady. Had to be the light skin dude who gave the kid his first gun.

Writing was, indeed, horrific. The comedic part was Deshane getting his $16 million taken.

But I feel like he left a door open to continue the series. There's people left who can pick up the slack a couple of years from now
