FakeNews to Trump is that he believes no one has the hard evidence. So all the stories showing the possibility to him are bullshit. He's like I robbed the bank... but you can't track the money, you have no video evidence, no witnesses, no forensic evidence, etc in your articles. It doesn't matter that I said I was going to do it, that you saw someone at the bank staking it out that said they were going to help me, etc... where's your evidence that I had a hand in it!
I truly believe he doesn't think the hard evidence exists.
On the GOP.... the GOP isn't doing this just because Don has a high rating with republicans and they want to protect him.. that's not the sole reason..or just because they want tax reform, etc..... they know the Kompromat exists on them too... Remember the Russians attacked both parties they just never released the material on the GOP.
Their complicity is covering for themselves, individually.. and it's boiled over to the entire GOP collectively protecting itself because the boilover from this ends their party.....
