I know that Prebius was in the building that day but it was several hours before the meeting was to take place and there has been no confirmation yet when he left. Pence was brought in by Manafort, but not until the middle of July, so Pence wouldn't have been there, BUT the fact that Manfort was lobbying for Trump to take him on as VP means he is in bed with the Russians as well.
