My fave little personal story about Williams is the one my aunt told the fam' years ago.

She's 75, and has worked oncall (usher / stage door / ticket taking) at some of the Vancouver performance venues for 40+ years.

She was in the lobby one afternoon talking to coworkers prior to an event later in the day, and Williams was apparently in town working on a project. He walked in off the street and asked if he could join the conversation. He immediately joined in and shot the shit with their staff.

Just a really cool moment for her and her peers.

Finished Mr. Throwback last week. It was a show I kept in the rotation to have on when multitasking.

Easy to get through at 6 eps, and in the 25 - 32 minute range, per Wikipedia.

NOT laugh out loud funny, but is cleverly written at times.

Funniest moments to me were the breakdown of Stephenomics, as well as the influencer storyline for the daughter, and the breaking of the 4th wall with the documentarian.

The editing was jumpy though ... felt like they were rushing through scenes quite a bit.

The series gets a bit better around ep 3 or 4, which is why I stuck with it.
