You would think so given that Paramount owns all of the Viacom channels, but the problem is that they only have a small fraction of the content library for any of those channels available on Paramount+. So for example, let's say you want to watch the classic MTV docuseries True Life, well Paramount+ may only have seasons 21 and up and even those seasons may not include every episode. It sucks because they have some of the most recognizable brands in basic cable but for some reason the content library is really haphazard. It's really only good for Taylor Sheriden series and Star Trek stuff. Not to mention, Paramount+ took a page out of HBO Max's book and started removing original series from their library as a tax dodge and to keep from paying talent royalties. They did a few seasons where they took original casts of The Real World and got them back together for a brief time under the same roof but once the show got cancelled they wiped it from the library.

welp i guess no need to get them then!! But I will say MAX, has all the original series of HBO on it!! shit is great; from the Sopranos to the WIRE and everything in between!! MAX is great, coupled that with HULU and Disney and thats a cant miss!

Here in Canada, the provider we have locally is Telus. The Crave network / channels have the HBO / Max / former Showtime archives & catalogue. We have the "lite" version so the stuff doesn't air live, but is essentially archived to On Demand very quickly (immediately or by the next morning). Got the "grandfathered" price from a few years back which is under $10 (around $7 or 8) when bundled with discounts.

Don't have Netflix, Prime, Disney+ so I look to dload those shows.

Sometimes I've noticed the Canadian network Showcase picks up some of the rights to shows from Peacock and/or Hulu, so I'll look for those ones On Demand or to DVR.

A THOUSAND BLOWS

I love that this show made me research a few things about history. The acting is great and the multiple stories are interesting and then some. It is amazing how not only history repeats itself, but also the actions of some people through time have been sinister even holding up a mirror to modern day theft. I was more than happy to speak a characters fate into existence.

The Family Business: New Orleans is one of the most inaccurate depictions of New Orleans that you will ever see.

It is loaded with every Hollywood trope about New Orleans. There's a fictional area called "Gator Lake", the kingpin is named "Jean LeBlanc" There's a voodoo-practicing bitch that speaks with an accent that seems to be a mix of French and Southern. The white bitch sounds like she's from Alabama when most white women in New Orleans sound like Carmella Soprano and the overall vibe seems more like a parody of New Orleans.

Your Honor and Queen Sugar wasn't totally accurate either but at least those shows were believable.

But despite the criticism, it is a fun watch and there needs to be some female nudity also.
