Also to inform you some more. There IS a legal limit to the number of Justices.
"This federal law set the number of Supreme Court justices at nine, the number that sits on the Court today."
So to change the number of justices you have to repeal that law and pass a new one. The President can't just nominate people and expand the court.
Never stated that the president sets the amount of justices. The president nominates, congress confirms - or in other words can accept or reject the nominee put forth. If the dems control congress and the democratic president puts forth a nominee there is nothing to stop the congress from adding that nominee to the bench. It’s not complicated. Again there is no legal (i.e. constitutional) limit to the number of justices that can sit on the Supreme Court. Geez!!

It's crazy to me that everytime they want to push an agenda or sway options with black people, it's always "(Insert Topic Here) will disproportionately affect black women."
