911 call reported man running from vehicle
Two 911 calls brought officers to the scene around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
The first came from a woman who said an abandoned vehicle was blocking the street and a man was running away, warning that it was going to blow up.
"Somebody left their vehicle running in the middle of the street with their doors wide open," the caller said. "The doors are open, the vehicle is still running. It's an SUV. It's in the middle of the street, it's blocking traffic."
Officer Betty Shelby, who is white, was the first to arrive.Crutcher was on the side of the road, away from his vehicle. He then approached the officer, police said.
Shelby soon told dispatchers that Crutcher wasn't cooperating, according to Tulsa's police chief, who declined to provide further details.

The thing that is bothering me the most is that there was absolutely no reason to fire upon this man. I don't care if he was walking away. There was zero suspicion that was a violent person.

If there is a Black man who has a criminal record for burglary, assault, and armed robbery and a white infant baby right next him, we as Black people would spare the life of the baby before the Black man.

I think a female white cop just wanted to get in on the "I shot a black person and got away with it" trend knowing that she could hide behind her white privilege as well the white female card. Also I find it odd that she thought he was on PCP just because he was mumbling and that drug also "just so happens to be found" in his car after the shooting. I'm curious know when and where this so called PCP was found. I would also ask the family to have a independent autopsy done, because I guarantee that they are going to spin this into "oh he is dead because he was high on drugs and wasn't obeying commands"
