I think Mark Cuban already suggested this in a BS post, but: they should also do their own weekly press conferences + Q & A. Stream that shit live and/or archive it on YouTube or other SM.

Bro I've seen it and lived it until I said enough with the bullshit. It became too many moving goal post in trying to get promoted. I gained many opportunities as a fed but too many young white dudes were getting SIS level promotions in their early 40s and they would be the shot callers for the next 20 years.

Spot on! That's why I left, too. There was always that one thing on the promotion panel checklist that if you'd had it you would have gotten the promotion. There was a white girl who went from GS-10 to GS-14 in four years after getting rid of time in grade. They made her a manager and she was a complete disaster.
