This may very well be the most talked about verzuz battle thus far. If I had to guess, this was the biggest upset of them all. This one actually felt like a battle and there was a CLEAR winner at the end of the night. Meme world gonna eat off this for a few too.
I'm definitely eating crow since I had Dipset winning prior to watching the massacre last night. Love the LOX but didn't think they had the hits to win. I definitely and happily stand corrected. Great shit for hip hop and the culture.

The LOX is my all time favorite group , Styles P and Jada are two of my favorite emcees, Killa Cam was one of my favorite MC's since 357, and I fucked with Dipset hardbody in the early 2000's. Their movement was huge up here

Like a few brothas already mentioned....I considered the L.O.X better emcees, but thought Dipset had bigger hits. If this shit was the old format where they artists would sit back and play tracks from their remote locations then Dipset would've had a better chance.
But a live show in front of an audience where professionalism, experience, stage presence, years of camraderie comes into play? The L.O.X would definitely have the edge there.

Oh it for sure is. Lox records don't resonate with me like that. Like them songs they performed....I didn't even care for but they way they performed them made them sound 10x's better. Jadakiss could've did Who Shot Ya Freestyle over no beat and that shit would sound GREAT. I can't call it.
