i think because lebron is more balanced in his game as a scorer and passer compared to pure scorers.
Black folks need to make candidates and parties earn our vote. If they don’t make specific promises with specific timelines, then we should not vote for them. Voting for the “least evil” hasn’t worked for us.
Good question, but why when someone throw shade at the Jews there's a backlash. When they do this to African Americans it's like Oh he's very colorful but is a gentleman (I remember those cacs saying that about jessie helms).

I think there are such a thing as bad jokes.
And it just can't be put on the audience as being too sensitive.
While that does exist.
Recently there was controversy over a Nipsey joke on family guy.
I got it. It was harsh. But I got it because with good risque comedy there is truth to it that can sting but hopefully there isn't an evil streak.
But even with that?
Race and racism still is an important factor consider the source.
So when I heard this specific joke which is so personal for me that only a handful of vets here understand
I had to check myself
Was I being hyper sensitive because it targeted me?
Or was it in fact a very poor attempt at humor?
I think it was all of the above.
And what made it in poor taste and offensive is specifically because it made no sense and wasn't funny.
But again it's hard for me to objective.
I think that's OK.
And it just can't be put on the audience as being too sensitive.
While that does exist.

Cidney Green and Dr. Victoria Bateman are two women who may (or may not depending on your opinion) have something worthwhile to say but both women choose to make their points in the nude and they seem to think that their nudity will be able to garner a bigger audience and will make people more open and understanding to their points and I think that's complete stupidity, especially from Dr. Bateman.
The joke was bad, lame and didn't really make sense.
I understand what they were trying to say but it was a very poor joke.
Some jokes are bad and while true to some, it can still be a bad joke.
Yes some people can be overly sensitive, but it's a joke by joke and a case by case basis.
But that sickle cell joke was in poor taste and exceptionally bad.

I never watched another episode of that Velma show after I heard that sickle cell joke.
He compared Tucker to a disease that no one likes and that only fucks with Black people, that's funny.
That Velma jokes was poorly done, in poor taste, not funny, didn't really make sense and the worst part about it is that it wasn't funny.
Anything can be joked about, if it's funny and not in poor taste.
As someone active in the community I am legit shocked how much this negatively resonated in the community
People were actually hurt
Like their disease their pain is always a punchline associated specifically with black suffering
