- I think Ken Griffey Jr. is gay.
He was my favorite player growing up, but I noticed that dude had some very pronounced, 'Twan' like mannerisms throughout the years.
- Michael Jackson's dancing peaked in the mid80s, and he milked the fuck outta them same damn moves for the remainder of his life.
- He is indeed a legend, but starting from about the mid-90s, every Stevie Wonder live TV performance I ever saw was just not very good at all.
- Marvin Gaye's 'Star Spangled Banner' was overrated as fuck.
- Prince had hits, but missed more than Tupac - who missed a lot. Everything doesn't have to be a top 10 hit, but if you're great, you should not have that much damn forgettable, filler music.
- Phil and his coaching staff made Kobe appear to be a winner. Kobe was not a true winner. Look at Kobe led teams without Phil. He was a freakishly gifted scorer, with an extremely strong will, who would destroy any team he played on, because he can't see the necessity of including any of his teammates in his One-Man Show. The structure that Phil and Co. provided Kobe covered for his flaws. I always knew that, but rarely has a play so awful at a team sport, been so good individually. Without Phil and Shaq, Kobe's career would have been an awe-inspiring, monstrosity. Horrific, unconscionable chucking; a revolving door of players coming in trying and failing to play with Kobe; and the most gaudy scoring performances since Wilt Chamberlin. He would have been so brilliant and electrifying a player, that the Lakers would have done everything to cover for the glaring weaknesses in his approach the game.
Kobe was held back throughout his career. At least the first eight seasons where he played with Shaq. That robbed of us some incredibly high high's, and saved us from having to witness some extreme lows. With no one there to reign him in ......
He would have ultimately been MORE polarizing than he is now.
