My tractor (my riding mower died on Sunday) after 12 years, so I had to get another since I have .60 acres.
I FLEECED Lowe's. I got a riding mower with a 54" deck (my last one had a 46" deck), for $2046 AFTER TAXES.
The list price was 2999. And I got a mulching blade thrown in ($55 value).
I added my 10% military discount, plus an additional 10% for getting a Lowe's credit card (which I didn't get.
Check it. I went to the grocery store with the fuel perks, got $2250 in Lowe's Gift cards, so I got a free full tank of premium grade gas ($62.00)
On top of $2046 for a riding mower with a 54" deck and free mulching blades.
An additional discount was given because the front wheel was flat. But they called me yesterday and said:
"Uh, Godofwine. The mower we were going to send you has a busted wheel. We are going to send you one from our other store if that's okay. Will send it on Thursday (today).

my weekend project i redone all the base boards and repaired some studs inside my garage due to ratt and rot damage..
